I don’t ever give bad reviews but seriously? Does young kids this days even know how to work or at least put a simple sausage on a croissant? Went to go get some breakfast sausage croissants today morning and I come back home and neither of the sandwiches had sausage. Lol like seriously? I’m amazed! There were so many young kids standing looking at each other doing nothing. I don’t judge but I pay for sausage croissants not just eggs. This is definitely a bad service and it was not even busy.

Espresso machine was broken this morning, unable to make my wife’s & my favorite coffees. A second espresso machine should be required for busy times and to avoid “broken” machines like we just experienced. A “broken machine” notification in the mobile ordering App would be nice as we ordered ahead of time then drove all the way over to this location only to be disappointed.

I ordered a half dozen donuts for delivery. 4 of the 6 are wrong. Not even a good wrong. Kinds I dont eat and uber eats is refusing to give me my money back. If Dunkin never messed up, I wouldn’t be going through this ish. This isnt the 1st time I had issues either. Im sick of these half doing their job merchants. Its a matter of reading. And dont email me on some give me a coupon. I dont want anything but my money back. If you’re not talking money, we aren’t talking. Good day!!

The quality at this location is the most inconsistent out of any coffee shop I’ve visited, right down to the messaging to customers. Yesterday morning I called an hour ahead of my arrival time to order 2 ‘boxes of Joe’ with the response of “absolutely, not a problem”, and it wasn’t a problem. Received my coffee no issue. Today I call up, same time, same request, and I’m told I need 24 hour advanced notice. But it was more than that, the kid (presumably) heavy sighed first at the request and then when I asked to speak to a manager. I heard him giggling on the phone when he relayed the message to someone, muffled by his hand on the headset I’d wager. At this point I told him to forget it and just called Starbucks.

Worst takeout place of all time. Coffee is never right. The order is always morning. In the morning there are no employees working. Unfortunately I still go here because I love Dunkin and there are no other choice. If another stores opens up I will not go here again.

New Yorkers would burn this place down if they served them the burned food that they serve out here. They get 2 stars only because the employees are nice. The food is ALWAYS burned. The cheese was so hard on the sandwich, you couldn’t eat it. I stopped going here and I won’t return.

Placed order at 9:39 AM. At 10:05 I got handed a melted down signature latte was advised they need another 5 min for the hash browns as Drive thru was slammed (mind you when I pulled up they had only two cars, although I agree their was a significant ebb and flow both in store and out).

Sometimes you guys are great but 90% of the time it is BS like this that I’m like why do I bother giving you money at all. When I order a large latte it should not be 30% empty when you give it to me. I haven’t even had a sip of this yet and it’s not even close to being full.

Shout out to Dalton who made my cappuccino. It’s literally half empty and not that great tasting. He couldn’t even be bothered to fill the ice coffee with more ice to fill the line. For customers just stick to the donuts because obviously coffee is not their thing.
