This location never or rarely do they have ready to go pizzas. Place always feels understaffed with the one or two workers there. I went in this last time wanting something ready so I asked the employee at the registers if they had anything ready to go because I just didn’t want to wait. He said yes the half pepperoni half cheese bread. I said ok, I’ll get that then. I paid, waited 5min while he rang up other guests and was told they didn’t have it ready. so I needed to wait for them to make it. If I wanted to wait I would not have ordered that to begin with.

We get pizza from here all the time bc it’s so close to our house. This time we ordered online but we accidentally put in the wrong address. So I called to see if I could simply have them correct it however I was told I had to cancel my order all together. I went back to their website but it now wanted me to log into an account, an account that hadn’t been made bc it allowed me to order without one. Long story short there was no way to cancel the order from my end. I called back and tried to explain the situation but was quickly told I needed to wait 10 mins before it would allow me to cancel. I again attempted to explain the situation and that I didn’t believe that was the issue. The employee I spoke to just kept repeating “wait ten minutes” and then hung up. When I attempted to call back they answered and hung up on me without saying anything. This happened twice. I’ve seen bad reviews for this place before but we’ve never had an issue with them before today. I’m just in awe at how rude and unhelpful the employees were.

A typical franchise pizza shop . You get what you pay for, and with that being said, it’s doughy or sometimes overcooked . Dont get me wrong i occasionally enjoy a slice or two here and there, but never a go-to spot. The stores cleanliness is horrible considering rats and the customer service is not very good, to say the least.

Need more staff..one kid trying to take all orders..cut box all orders..took 28 min for one lg pepperoni..got home crust and pepperoni burnt..unateable..I should have checked.. this was during Hot NReady hours..

There was only one worker so understandably the service was pretty slow. Our pizza had wayyy too much sauce on it and our crazy bread was burnt 🙁 not the best experience.
