I will not be going back to this Dunkin’ location. I am a customer that used to go every morning and unfortunately the last month the whole place has gone downhill. The staff is not pleasant and my food is always burnt. I gave them another try this morning and this is what my food looks like (the photos don’t do it justice on how burnt it is). Never again!

So I come here a lot because the location is very convenient, and every time I’ve went this year I’ve wanted to leave a review but decide against it because I keep wanting to give them a chance. But after having spent almost $10 on a dry sandwich and a coffee I can’t even drink I’m just really annoyed. They mess up my coffee every time, I always end up with coffee flavored milk that’s either too sweet or too watered down. The sandwiches always get burnt or are really dry but I don’t even care about that. It’s the coffee for me. I don’t even blame the staff, I blame management. They aren’t properly training their employees and as a former dunkin employee I can guarantee that they read these replies- so DO BETTER. train your staff properly, be present and supportive. Give them cheat sheets if you have too to ensure they are properly fulfilling orders. Don’t just hire people and expect them to figure it put because clearly that isn’t working for you guys. Your staff make coffee orders wrong all the time and that’s on you, not them.

I just used the drive through. It’s Dunkin so no real reason to rate that. It is what it is. This location has sketch parking and isn’t the most accessible due to lot design and traffic. There’s a Dunkin on every corner so really that is just being picky but it mattered to me so I’m throwing it out there.

All the dunkin donuts I’ve been to has watered down coffee I only go if I’m desperate. I worked for dunkins for years I was working there years ago when they decided to cut down on the coffee when weighing it. Everyone’s drinking mostly water now and paying high prices

Very unprofessional staff. Every time I come here (evening), I have to wait at the counter for 5 minutes before one of the employees working even realizes I’m there. They are all too busy shouting at each other, taking personal phone calls, and just overall being too distracted with each other to be able to do what they are being paid to do. I try not to jump to conclusions based off of one instance but this happens every single time I come to this location. The employees at the gas station seem extremely fed up with the noise too, and I can only imagine considering they have to listen to it for hours on end.

Almost every time i go here they mess up my coffee. I asked for caramel in my coffee and they added pumpkin spice to it also or they havnt cleaned anything so i got some stale flavoring or somthing. This dunks only has very few employees that can make a good coffee. Not happy with this place this morning. Its not hard to make a coffee…
