It took 30 minutes to get our food and when we did it was burned. The screen told us the person was on their way with our food and it took another 20 min to get it to our car. This sonic really needs some work.

Good drinks during happy hour and you can get them half price using the mobile app. I did not eat at this location just got a drink but it was good. It took a little long to actually deliver it as it was the only thing in my order and the location wasn’t particularly busy. The carhop was nice and friendly however. Not a bad drink spot for sure.

As a dasher, the service is kinda slow sometimes. Sometimes they’re friendly, other times not so much. As a customer, I like the food & usually there not a long wait & there’s friendlier service.

Ordered 2 BLT and they were burned and the bread was not texas toast it looked thin and cheap. The bacon was thin and fatty, could not taste it and to top it off it was piled in one corner of sandwich.

The food was barely okay, but I waited 20 minutes when there was literally no one there. One person I could see inside was the only carhop, and she was playing on her phone. I was a manager at sonic for a good while, I know the ins and outs of the job. I just find a 20min wait with no one else on the lot, to be ridiculous. Seems to be a theme with these local sonics around here. Learned my lesson for the last time. I give up Sonic.

I just ordered a sweet tea, it took over 15 minutes to receive my order. I had to call them twice to get my order. When my order finally arrived carhop took my money but would not give me my change, then I asked her for it, she replied you really want your change, I said yes, she walked off saying she would bring it back. Didn’t see her again. Granted it wasn’t much, under 50 cents, but I feel if I want my change back, I shouldn’t have to ask for it. Carhop said it took so long because they had so many orders, there was a total of 6 cars in the parking lot, I’m sure a few belonged to employees.I was very disappointed in the service at this location, there is alot of room for improvement and more training for workers.
