Noticed right away staff SLOW to svc customers at all. Mobile/online orders not being processed…DoorDash drivers had to wait. Staff making disgusted looks at/about customers. Right when first entering restaurant, you heard & saw fellow employees verbally arguing with each, in front of customers. No Manager working. No supervision done at all. Where was Manager/Supervisor?? One employee did cook & give me my order but although nice to me, she grudgingly did so. She took care of me even though her shift had ended but a different employee left area w/out taking care of customers before leaving. Food was burnt, nasty. I will not go back to this Dunkin Donuts location.

Everyone I stop at this location on my way in to work my coffee it is never prepared correctly. I just ordered an iced hazelnut latte with extra cream. Ticket says 3 shots of hazelnut, but the isn’t any. Would say I’m disappointed, but I e come to accept the fact that this particular Dunkin’ will never get an order right. I’m done giving this place a shot,. 1 star review and done.

Don’t go to this place, I ordered a bagel and hash browns. The bagel couldn’t even be bitten into, it was so bad, the hash browns had a really bad aftertaste. Both food items were stale for sure.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. This is a grilled cheese add bacon and the cheese isn’t even melted it’s just a glob of plastic and on top of that the hash browns were burnt and the coffee taste like hazelnut and I ordered vinella. Idk what’s going on but somethings wrong w their process.

Rarely do I give 5 * and Dunkin’ !? This one is The Best I have been to in a long time. The lot area clean, store and restroom very clean. Every employee smiling and friendly. Donuts and coffee perfect. They sell all the fancy “Calli” stuff Ie; ice coffee, latte. But if you are looking for an original D&D, great service, donuts and coffee, This is it!

The absolute worst Dunkin Donuts ever. Customers should not be afraid to visit a location. I never get the right coffee at this location. Today was the last chance. I was yelled out and subsequently stared down by the drive thru employee as if I did something wrong by ordering. It is absurd that Dunkin allows this location to remain open. My office is less than one minute from here which is the only reason I continue to give them another chance. Never again. And I’m sure this review won’t matter since they are such a large company. What’s one more customer lost, right?

I’m choosing 5 stars for a few reason. (Although I have had bad experiences before with morning staff) I’m here at 8:18 PM and Shane is on deck. I brought him back a sandwich my son bought at 7 PM that was burnt. I showed him the monstrosity. He simply asked me to pull into drive way… he kindly made a new sandwich and explained why/how it can burn in the cooking process. All the while with a smile on. I appreciated his kindness. I felt he went above my expectations. Of course I would love to give the other seemingly less experienced team members a retrain on customer service. But in the meantime… I’m appreciative of Shane.
