Poor service, they don’t know what comes on a drink so I had to pull up a photo and show them. They don’t stir drinks, just add ingredients and hope it’s right, had to get a remake since my drink was basically a cup of milk. Difficult to communicate with in English. Go to any other Dunkin.

Love Dunkin donuts. However this location was awful. Service was slow, one of the 2 ppl working was busy on their cell phone. I asked for a toasted bagel and instead got what tasted to be a microwaved bagel that was not toasted and was cold in the middle. Went back, and to their credit they gave me another for free however it too wasn’t toasted and tasted like it was microwaved as well. If the toaster wasn’t working then just tell your customers. I threw it in the trash.

This Dunkin on 17/92 is awful. The drive thru server cut us off from our order repeatedly. The order wasn’t complete because she kept interrupting. Then she rudely said ANY OTHER HOT FOOD ITEMS mind you we ordered 2 coffees, avocado toast (that should have had the tomato on it but she cut us off) bacon and hash browns (that tasted like they had hand sanitizer)

Found a hair in my veggie egg white bites… it was cold too. Also, they did not add any stevia despite me asking. The front register lady was very rude, she clearly needs more training.

We had a vehicle that we brought to the shop across the street at Automotive One. We figured we would grab coffee next door at Dunkin Donuts. The staff although friendly kept coughing quite often and although I appreciate them washing their hands she was sick. Not only was she sick she was handling food and interacting with others. Not the best feeling when your area is in the flu season. The place itself was clean and had comfortable seating options including a outdoor patio. The store also had fast Wifi and charging options for laptops etc. We got a run of the mile iced coffee and bagel toasted with cream cheese. Nothing special but tasted fine.

I love this place. A nice spot to get out of the house and work at! Plus that staff is very nice, James always makes my day with his infectious smile. Stop in for a drink and a snack you won’t be disappointed…. Unless they are out of the chocolate cream filled powdered donuts.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Very unprofessional staff. I had the proof they asked for that I ordered a dozen donuts thru the app and they refused to give me the food I already paid for, refused to give a refund, then threatened to call the cops on me.

This place is always under staffed drive thru is horrible you wait at the speaker for 5 mins before anyone even greats you over the speaker then you wait another 5 mins to pay because no one at the window then they park you because nothing is ready it’s really sad because this is the only Dunkin near me for 20 mins but I only come once a week because yes it’s more affordable then Starbucks but I rather pay the extra then to wait 20 mins for a BEC and coffee
