Would give one star if the food wasn’t good. I walked in and the manager greeted me which was nice. The girl who took my order though, was less than enthused, and I honestly couldn’t hear a word she said to me. Ordering was extremely difficult because of her service. I even asked her to speak up, which did nothing. She was literally just mouthing words, it was so strange. She eventually pointed to the pin pad, which I said could I please order drinks, which in response she rolled her eyes. I was astounded by her overall rudeness. Since she never asked me whether I was dining in (I had my 2 kids) my food was given to me in an extra large to go bag. I could hardly get this thing in the trash can, since I was dining in. I ended up talking to the manager about all this, although he kind of sarcastically wished me a happy holidays on my way out. Sure, thanks buddy. I felt bad for the guy who made my sandwich, because I didn’t tip, but why would I when the service is so bad? Most likely won’t be coming back. I’m never one to write a review or complain – but this was a bit much.
