Stopped in today and had a great experience. Ernie was awesome. Not sure what he’s paid but he probably deserves more. Ive never had a subway employee more efficient, personable or friendly. He is a great representative of the company. Meeting him was the highlight of the day. I’ll definitely be making that a regular stop when I’m in the area and will recommend that location to family and friends.

The young man who made my sandwich was kind enough to wear a mask. He was the only who was wearing one. But, someone needs to explain that you change gloves after you make an order, run the register, touch your face,etc. I never saw him change gloves the entire time I was there. I was going to buy cookies but I’m very glad I didn’t.

I placed an order for pick up at 8:45 pm and it said it would be ready at 9:00 pm knowing they closed at that time I arrived early. When I went to pick up the food the staff acted as though they never received my order. Once I showed them the email confirmation a very rude employee told me that they had already put the food away and would not take it out in order to complete our order. I told them that they should have called us at the very minimum to let us know they wouldn’t be completing the order instead of driving all the way out there. The staff was incredibly rude, unprofessional and defensive. I will no longer eat at that location due to the unprofessional manner of the staff and unwillingness to complete the order. I even explained to the staff that I understand wanting to go home as I work in the food industry and they still met me with agitation and aggressiveness in their tone. Absolutely inexcusable and completely avoidable.

Half The food was packed up an hour before store close. I wasn’t able to order the sandwich I wanted because of this. The employee working had no idea how to make any of the Sandwiches from the new menu.

Yesterday Jan. 7th about 12:15 pm,, I had the worst experience at this store(I was the only customer in the store at this time) The young lady helping me, was really pushy, in a hurry to get rid of me and didn’t listen to my answers. she must have been mad at the world and was making slop out of my sandwich. I asked her to slow down as i was in no hurry and make something that resembled a sandwich instead of just slopping something together……She and her co-worker copped an attitude with me so I politely told them to keep their sandwich and I would go somewhere else for lunch. I guess they want to please themselves instead of their customers. I eat at this location several times a week but not now, I will be going to the Patton avenue location from now on !!!

Old guy was clipping his nails at a table when I walked in, weird but whatever. As I’m finishing ordering, he gets up, walks behind the counter, grabs a rag out of the sanibucket, wipes up his nail clippings, and puts the rag BACK in the buckets. I asked the girl working (new but super sweet) who he was. She says he is one of the “big managers.” He comes back from the bathroom.and rings me out. I took one bite of my sub and found it stale and gross. I tossed everything and left. I called the customer care line and am told that the man was the owner. I denied an offer for a gift card and I’ll just opt never to set foot in there again. Noticed it was pretty dirty all around as I left. Disgusting.
