An unexpectedly nice spot to catch up with old friends. Nice Dunkin’ / Baskin Robbins combo store. Clean, comfortable, and friendly helpful employees. Pricing is fair, products are fresh, service is prompt. Seating area isn’t huge, but it’s comfortable. Handicap accessible, clean restrooms, and a super busy drive through. This was a good pick, a good visit, a good experience.

Awful. Gave us two wrong coffees. Repeated our order multiple times. This location never gets our order correct and I mean never. I always say I’m not going back. They charge so much and equal to better coffee places. Don’t waste your money. There phone is off and can’t even call. So annoyed and frustrated.

Absolutely awful customer service. They never greet you on the microphone when you pull up at the drive thru. Don’t you dare pull up to the drive thru window because they will catch an attitude and have you drive back around. The ladies always have a horrible attitude. Will avoid this place from now on and take my money elsewhere.

they were good for a while.. not sure what happened but they’re definitely never serving me proper beverages anymore. macchiatos have been lacking espresso big time, i’ve experienced forgotten syrups, cold brew being 90% ice, etc. staff doesn’t interact with you at all. i used to really enjoy seeing the staff that was there prior, maybe it’s the time of day but i’ll definitely have to find a new location again or just switch to starbucks overall. every dunkin is inconsistent at this point.

This location is a very horrible location. The entire staff is rude and they don’t treat anyone with respect. As I was standing in line inside the store 3 mins and nobody even acknowledged me and the other people. Then one of the the ladies there decided to look at us and tell us Drive thru only. This isn’t the first time I have came to this location and it’s always something with them. They are very unsanitary location and I could promise you that if you go here you’re not going to get the proper customer service or experience. Sometimes I go around 5pm and they have the dinning room closed. This location needs an entire new staff because they just don’t care about the customers. The gave me a lid on my coffee that is dirty and unsanitary. With everything around the world that going on you would expect them to atleast follow the guidelines. Also sometimes at night they have told me cash only. They treat the people with the same background as them with respect. Also, they give them free things and instead of working they only sit and chat with each other. THIS LOCATION IS NOT A GOOD LOCATION AND THE ENTIRE STAFF NEEDS TO BE CHANGED.
