Service was slow. No one acknowledge any customer for minutes. I came into get my order becasue it took longer than the 5 some minutes app said. I then bring it back to eat and while working looked at the burger and it is not cooked. Although this is close to work, I will go elsewhere. This was my first time here.

They kept us waiting without telling us the reason for the wait. I and another customer were told to move to the front window to pick up food, which did not come out on time. We waited for almost 7 minutes. Anyways, the food was good, tho. I enjoyed the big mac.

If you have the misfortune of being sent to the third window (they do this to keep drive through times low for their metrics, even with no one behind you), expect to be waiting 10+ minutes to your food. Once they send you to the forward window there is no longer an effort to get you the food at any speed. I’ve been forgotten at this window for 30+ minutes while 10+ cars are processed behind you. I’m currently going on 15 minutes sitting at the window while writing this review.

Just another McDonald’s. They took longer than necessary for my take out order. The location looks renovated, which is a good sign. This is not pertinent to how things are inside. The drive-through crew were very kind and greeted us with a smile.

Nearly every order is wrong either via drive-thru or the app. If an order is wrong in the app and you don’t catch it until you get home, the only option McDonald’s provides is “go back to the store.” So double check your order before you leave otherwise you’ll waste an hour of your day trying to get McDonald’s.
