I specifically order reg tacos (not supremes) because I don’t like tomatoes and they put tomatoes on almost all 7 items. 3 doritos and 3 reg soft tacos all had tomatoes. Haven’t checked the burrito. The frozen drink was only half full. The 2nd drink tasted like soda with almost no flavor.

I am a delivery driver and on a day where it was a monsoon outside I went through the drive thru to pick up a customer’s order. The drive thru attendant looked at my order and left. I assumed she went to get the order but she came back with a shift manager to tell me I have to come inside. Mind you, their whole parking lot is flooded and there was no one in the drive thru behind me. This wasn’t a normal rain this was a legit cars and dogs situation. It would have been easy for them to pass the order through the window but they chose to make me come inside stating it is policy. After a small back and forth I proceeded inside through the flooded parking lot getting soaken wet from waist down. (Socks and shoes are drenched) once inside they then handed me the order that they could have passed through the window. Once outside with the order now the customers bag gets wet and has ripped trying to run to the car to keep it from getting wet. This is unacceptable. I understand policy but what is the policy protecting? There was no logic to make me come all the way inside to get an order that could have been passed through the window and saved me from getting wet and the customers bag from ripping. Taco Bell you have to do better. Sometimes, customer service means going above and beyond to help accommodate the customer. Truly disappointed. Another reason not to eat this food.

As far as Taco Bells go, this is the nicest one I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t take much, but you can tell the owner and managers actually take care of their employees, the establishment and the training. Can’t believe a Taco Bell impressed me enough to write a review.

I will never eat here again! I pulled out a long hair out of my mouth!! I am so mortified. Truly disgusting! When I went to complain the manager said he could not refund me but could give me another meal! Heck no! After what just happened. He said to park and wait for him and he never came to deal with the problem. Such a horrible experience.

I waited to leave this review… I’m also thinking about making a TikTok and calling news channels. I was training as a General Manager there and the amount of racial discrimination that I experienced there had no limit. I chose to apply there given the fact that Taco Bell promotes the MAS values… everyone is to be treated the same however that was not the case. The General manager Argelia had the nastiest attitude that I’ve ever witnessed on a training store manager. News flash because you can roll burrito does not make you a smart person you just know how to roll a burrito so calm all the way down. I wasn’t introduced as a General Manager In Training I was just another person learning how to put tacos in a bag. The General Manager Argelia pranced around like a god girl please… you are arrogant and not rightfully so. If someone doesnt intervene this store will have a discriminatory lawsuit on there hands. Everything is on camera roll them back. She ridiculed and had employees and customers laughing at me because I was not trained on reading the orders and putting items in a bag the way Taco Bell likes them. Listen this is how it works.. train, show, and let someone experience doing it themselves. The incident with me is on camera but come on it’s a fast food place dont be disrespectful period! She has no business being a store trainer she can’t train or speak proper English! Her staff talks about you in Spanish and it’s allowed. I lasted 3 weeks in that discriminatory place, the job is not hard at all it’s the people! I told the DM Hakeem and he seemed afraid because that is his money maker and training store. You’re crazy I definitely am not standing for it. I walked out while she was showing off. TACO BELL DO BETTER! I also wrote the CEO to no avail but that’s fine RUN THEM TAPES BACK!

This location isn’t as customer friendly as most other Taco Bell establishments. Drive through personnel rush you through your order when there is absolutely no line behind you, get smart with you about offerings, and have begun to “skimp” your portion sizes when the prices have skyrocketed. A Deluxe cravings box went up ~ $3 and there’s nothing deluxe about the chalupa I was given or the bean & cheese burrito. They were the smallest I’ve ever received and I get the deluxe cravings box all the time.
