Ordered 5 cheeseburgers plain with only cheese among other things. Had to repeat it two times. Waited a good 25 minutes, and no one has been in front of me. Felt sorry for the one car behind me, we finally got our food. My daughter took one bite and it was fine the second bite not so much. We checked the rest and some had ketchup some had pickles and ketchup and one with all the condiments. Went to get back in line and no way I was waiting behind four cars that had just pulled in. When inside the first girl was very nice about it she apologized all over herself the second one who I’m assuming is some kind of manager even though she was on her phone for a little bit not as friendly I said look I can eat two of those I don’t care whether I have the condiments but you have to make three of them because they do finally got my food went out told my daughter to check the top three because those would be hers and our dog they were fine get down to the two that I was being nice about saying I can eat them and I realize what the one that gave me was the one my daughter and I already ate a couple bites off of very nice will not be back love supporting local but not this one.

Used to eat here once a week, but that last few times have not been a great experience. The last time, no clean tables in the entire resturant and only two tables had customers. We cleaned our own table before we could eat. The last few times, the young person behind the counter has had trouble getting the app to work. The gravy sold with the chicken strip meal was like water. Mostly kids working there now with no adults present. Not sure what has happened there but it has really gone down in quality. Not sure we will be back.

Have visited twice in the last couple of weeks both times getting a med Pecan Cluster Blizzard. First time got half way down and all that was there was ice cream. Figured it was a glitch. But low and behold the last one had less toppings than the first one. Do not normally complain but we are paying more and getting less.

This specific DQ location hasn’t failed to disappoint me every single time. At this point, I’ve only gone back because it’s close to home. This location is like buying a Gucci belt from a ghetto gas station. You’re skimped on everything from ice cream toppings to fries. I almost wonder if this is even an official location, because they don’t use Dairy Queen specific utensils. I personally don’t care what color my spoon is but it’s quite strange. Maybe there could be actual improvement if the proper policies and procedures per the company itself were followed.

Only complaint was that the app wouldn’t allow the redemption of an offer. The store manager was also unsuccessful in redeeming the offer on the cash register by accessing my account using my phone number. The result was a delay in placing the order

I got a rotisserie chicken bowl and it was the worst salad I’ve had in a long long time it was awful The salad was like it was standing in dirty water I couldn’t even finish eating it My rotisserie chicken on my saddle is already cold no tomatoes it was the most awful awful salad that I had.

I was passing through the area and wanted a chicken strip basket. I was greeted by extreme kindness from the beginning to the end. The service was impeccable. The crew was very pleasant! What stood out most was seeing that my hands were full and the offer to assist me to my car. I travel often and cross a vast of fast-food establishments so I can elaborate on “customer service”. The crew was made of a younger age group that showed clear appreciation of their job! I definitely will be back to receive 5-star style restaurant treatment.

This place has really gone down hill quickly. They charged me for gravy but didn’t give me any gravy. When we called to ask about it, they said they were out. This has been the third time we’ve eaten here and been disappointed. We probably won’t be back.
