When I asked for lettuce it only made it across half the sandwich so I asked for more – still didn’t make it across the whole sandwich. When I asked for onions I only got 4 pieces on the sandwich. When I asked for pickles there barely was any on the sandwiche. I’ve given this place a few tries and I’m over it. The Walmart subway nearby has better quality.

EVERYTIME I order online they always fail to add the smashed avocado. The first time I actually called and pulled a mild Karen bc we have to pay extra $ for it in the first place. And somehow out of all the toppings it ends up being the ONLY one not on there.. They were nice enough to fix it that first time with me having to drive back though of course to have them remade. I assumed it was a one time deal but now subsequently it keeps happening. Especially since ordering online is supposed to be a convenience this pretty much negates that. It feels intentional as it’s not a random ingredient that they omit. Just be aware when you order and CHECK the sandwiches before you leave the store. Again, feels like it defeats the purpose of convenience but it is what it is I suppose!

You go there and order a sandwich they have you pay for it and then they help every other customer while you wait for them to build your sandwich. Last I checked the person that paid first should be helped first. Not rushed to take my money and than forced to wait. I’ve always had issues going in but after today deffinently won’t be going back.

A new change in management will have me returning to this location once again. It’s not as far of drive and well worth the great sandwhich that was perfectly crafted by the sandwhich artists. Stop in for lunch and you won’t be dissappinted.

I don’t like giving bad reviews, but this place has earned it And I hope they can improve. First time I went in I thought maybe staff was having a rough day, and decided to place an order online a couple weeks later. Well that wasn’t a good idea. It looked as if whoever made the sandwich was angry or just as if the person hated making the sandwich.I’m not expecting a perfect sandwich. I know that sandwiches don’t hold well after a few minutes specially when you order to go. But this was awful. I honestly couldn’t even get myself to try it. I don’t know if staff isn’t treated well or if they just don’t care and toss things around. I’ve noticed subway quality has gone down a lot, but this particular location in Yelm has been awful. I know subway isn’t a dream job/career but if you’re getting paid you should at least try to do a decent job and if you hate making sandwiches that bad maybe find a different job?

The lady getting off work had kids in the store screaming and she’s screaming back at them. It was super loud inside. Then as the guy starts to ask what we want and the lady yells sink!!! a sink started to overflow and instead of the other two workers running to it the guy helping us had to run away as we were in the middle of saying what sandwich. The lady leaving also kept yelling back little tasks the workers had to do like don’t burn the cookies. Just kind of seemed like shes very controlling. The guy helping us was on point though I feel he’s the only good employee even though he wanted my boyfriend’s sweatshirt. I’ll give it another try though the sandwiches were good but maybe not If your in a hurry.

My wife and I decided on Subway for dinner tonight. I was totally against it; as a smart man you go with the flow. We walked in 03/24 around 5:05 and it was pretty busy. Normally, I pay no mind to whats going on until it’s time to order. What caught my attention was the tone of both employees. Even with traffic they spoke with warm and inviting tones. Then I started paying attention to how they were making the sandwiches. They cared was the first thing that came to mind; actually more like an owner taking pride in their business. I really hope both of them take that dedication to everything they do! Successfulness looks like what I witnessed today. Both my wife and I were like dang they were really nice. My wife said, “they made sandwich making look like an art!” Kudos to the both of you and the successful future that awaits you!

Went in on Sunday the 22nd around 7:30 and your employees seem like they hate their job and they were not very friendly. You should not have people like that in customer service. First time I’ve been to this subway in a very long time and now I remember why I quit going there. Also didn’t give me my full kids order. I had to ask if it came with a drink even though I know it does because there’s a picture on the board.. I was the only customer so I can’t imagine their mind was so overwhelmed that they couldn’t remember my drink and side. So thank you for the horrible service. I will not return or recommend this location, ever.

If I could I would give negative stars. The lady with tattoos down her arms working has been very very rude, she refused to put extra of anything on my sandwich, even though I made it very clear I will pay extra. She then complained about how everyone wants things “their way” and that isn’t the way she feels the sandwiches should be made. This isn’t the first time I have had her refuse to make MY sandwich the way I want it. I had to come home and add more mayo, olives and lettuce. From now on I will go the the location in Walmart.
