Tried to order online but apparently 20 minutes before close is too late to order for pickup. So I rush over there with over 10 minutes to spare and they locked the doors right as I pull up. Wasting my work break, my time, and my gas.

Disclosure, I’m bias to Jersey Mike’s. First time at a Jimmie John’s which was by default. The food was okay. Bread was barely brown basically it was white like it hadnt been cooked. Being it was the first time to a JJs I was disappointed and I wonder even more now than I did before, how do JJs, Subway, the elusive Blimpies, how do they stay in business with Jersey Mike’s as a competitor?

I’ve visited locations five times in the last three months. Each time, my order has been messed up. Every. Single. Time. The staff clearly doesn’t care about following an order ticket or constructively addressing an error (like apologizing or any corrective action.) ***The store was empty every single time. These orders were placed after lunch and before dinner. There is no excuse. I will not be returning to this location.
