When purchasing an order over 50.00 dollars, I understand and usually give some slack especially late at night but when every single taco ordered looked like this and you weren’t busy and still had over an hour till close, I think the team could have done better.

As I entered there was no one at the counter and there was only one customer sitting down to eat. Two of the three kiosks were broken. As I did not want to order from the Kiosk I waited for five minutes before someone came out to take my order. I ordered the crunch wrap and they told me they were out of lettuce. Then they said they were out of chalupas too. Why was there no sign on door or in the restaurant about this? As more than half their menu has lettuce on it why not just close? Well I did not have the time to go somewhere else so I tried the Grilled cheese burrito. Major mistake. Yuck! Just a cheese filled grease bomb with almost no meat. Fortunately the staff was pleasant. Thankfully I didn’t waste my time trying to order from the kiosk and then find out later there was no lettuce. Please fix this. Would McDonalds open if they ran out of beef patties?

Wouldn’t know never got my food because the manager on duty told me I just needed to leave because I was on his timer too long after they messed⁴44rd³⅗ up the order twice and double charged…. I was shocked and appalled and the kid on the register just walked away while I was trying to pay and told the other kid to do it because he just wasn’t feeling it!!! I have never had bad food or service from this location before this day!!! I had been working and moving all day.. I was exhausted and starving and had just walked there in the rain and my sugar was crashing… And I got sent away empty handed in the rain and almost had a seizure .. there’s wasn’t any place else open and there’s NO FOOD AT ALL IN MY PLACE AS I HAVE BEEN MOVING!! I did tell them all this and they basically shut the window in my face and shoed me off like i was stray dog begging for scraps and bothering the OTHER guests!!! What a humiliating and disappointing visit !!

I received a bag of SMASHED food. Got down the road saw what they gave me and turned around. Went in asked for the manager. Showed manager the food and her response “It’s hard to make tacos without lettuce.” I told her not having lettuce has nothing to do with that ball of smashed food they sold me. Nor does it have anything to do with the trash and food all over the floor in the prep area. Actually now that I think about it the food all over the floor looked exactly like the food they gave me. Worst ever!!! This was in Hannibal Missouri. Do not go there!!!!!!

Absolutely hate this place. They’re always out of everything. I’m a Dasher and I’ve had to wait here 30+ minutes three different times when they’re supposed to have the order ready to walk in and pick up. The place stinks and is NOT clean. Would give negative stars if I could. I would never order food for myself here but I’ve gotten complaints from customers that they forgot to put all the food in the order. It’s not the employees’ fault, they’re often sweet and apologetic, but it’s understaffed and definitely would not recommend.

Pretty sad that they can’t follow an online order. Every. Single. Time. something is wrong. It’s almost as if they do the opposite of specifications. To make matters worse, at night they disconnect the phone so you can’t call and complain. Stellar service guys

We were starving after 10 hr car ride my husband picked up food. I ordered a powerbowl no beans add ground beef. When I took it out of bag ticket said no beans add beans. There was no meat then the added refried beans which I absolutely hate. Also no guacamole on it. It was very disappointing at the least.

We generally go to this Taco bell for its service and food..Today we went in and walked up to the counter….we were looking at the menu board deciding what we wanted foe lunch and was told You need to go over to the kiosk and order from a voice outta the kitchen..I said we want to order right here I was told well you can’t no one can help you here..and if you dont like it you can leave and go through the drive thru… and of you dont like that you can speak to my boss..Both her and the other young lady standing next to here thought it was absolutely funny to be speaking to someone that way..With their big ole smiles on their faces.. cause it was sooo funny to treat a custome that way and to think they are getting away with it..I asked for her name.and she informed me that her name was Star..I feel because we were 2 white men they felt that they had the right to speak down to us..The attitude of those individual was very bad ..and she frankly didn’t care whether we had any kind of service or not…Not everyone.wants to use a kiosk..and some.people still expect quality service… we walked out and Had a nice lunch at Zoup where the staff was very nice and the food wad delicious..
