The food is rarely fresh, and our order is almost always wrong. We get unmixed shakes that are almost completely melted, fries taste old, burritos and burgers are missing ingredients, etc.

I live nearby, I go to this sonic every few months in hopes my order will be correct and I won’t be disappointed. Every time I visit this establishment I’m disappointed. Whether it’s a 10 minute response for the stalls, poor attitude or a messed up order. Multiple times I’ve had to send food back, not because I got someone else’s order but cause it seems they just throw whatever in the bag to get you out of there. Plus the food is normally cold upon arrival. Safe to say after years of giving them an opportunity to change my opinion, I will not return after today. I will also be letting all my friends and neighbors know they may be wasting money if they choose to spend it here.

I’d give zero stars if I could. We went during happy hour. We waited 5 or more minutes at the speaker to order after being told they (a boy) would be right with us. I had to alert him that we were still waiting. When got to the window we could see them having conversations and playing around. Personal drinks were all over the counters (which is a health code violation). When he opened the drive thru door, we were hit in the face with the sour, dirty smell and not the normal sonic food smell. It was rancid oil and dirty floors or something of the like. (I’m a retired registered chef of over 20 years, I’m very familiar with health codes and the proper way to run a successful food establishment, this was not it) The boy shoved my card and utensils at me in the window, he did the same with our three drinks after waiting 10 minutes and watching the person behind us get theirs ahead of us, however I think they were correcting a mistake. We ordered a route 44 diet Dr Pepper, Route 44 unsweetened tea w extra ice, and a small lemonade. Only the lemonade was drinkable. The Dr Pepper tasted dirty. Like the fountain hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The tea was thick, sour, had bubbles and was sweet w very little ice. With what we experienced yesterday, I know the potential of getting very sick here is high. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

Absolutely the worst service on the planet. I even stopped going because of it,but chose to give it another chance. DO NOT USE MOBILE ORDERING IF GOING TO THIS LOCATION. Apparently they don’t ever look at them or deliver the orders out. Most of the time they have no employees, not their fault I know, but the ones there could try a little harder. Just save yourselves the headache & go on over to Lindsey St.

I went there to get a number 1 with mustard & I plainly told them to not put mayonnaise on my burger because I can’t have mayonnaise because it makes me really sick & what do they do they turn around & put mayonnaise on it anyway after I asked politely not to put it on there. I won’t be eating at this location if they can’t follow simple instructions. I mean a customer is suppose to get what they pay for

My dad has been coming here ever since we moved here and the food they have is very good. Especially the chicken strips. If you’re a parent with a picky eater kid, offer them the chicken strips with lots of Sonic honey mustard, it might be a new favorite of theirs. (this is true for any Sonic location! It’s a good place to eat, especially on road trips!) One complaint is that they usually SOMETIMES forget the honey mustard. But honestly I don’t mind lol! They remember more than most other places around. AND they got Big Red, so all is forgiven.

The first time I came here they never brought out my first order. When I asked for it the guy said what did you order? I just drove off. Gave them a 2 chance came in got a chicken sandwich and the sandwich was super hard. I brought it back they fixed it. The 3 rd time I came for a chicken dinner and they just served me some chicken from yesterday. The drink is wrong. Just go home and cook. It’s not worth the money at this location.
