Cleanliness & Customer Service could use an touch up. Start by teaching to change gloves. A young lady made my sandwich and cashed me out with the same gloves when I asked her to not touch my sandwich with the same gloves she did anyways than proceeded to tell me she used a different finger like that matters.

So I’ve loved Jersey mike’s ever since this place opened. I’ve always had good experiences until yesterday. It was a Friday. I placed an order in the app as I have done in the past. It tells me 45 min wait- not a big deal, it is Friday. I ended up waiting another 40 min past the 45 min that I was supposed to wait initially. They only had 3 people working and these poor guys looked completely overwhelmed. The entire floor was covered in food everywhere. There was a bag of open garbage spilling onto the floor. Disgusting, truly. When we got home. The orders were completely messed up. Only 1 out of 4 were correct. Both my husband and my son said it was the most disgusting sub they’re ever had. I was completely disappointed bc this place is typically my favorite sub place. I’m not sure if I’ll go back again. It’s time to look at this facility and find out what’s going wrong bc there was a time where things were going right.

Eh, I don’t really want to give this place any stars honestly… employees seemed rude and annoyed to be working. I asked to have my sub toasted and they looked at me like I came from another planet. Told me they don’t have a toaster. Sorry, I won’t be coming here again. What kind of place doesn’t have a toaster oven? Especially a sub place? It was $23 for my sub and wasn’t that great. Pricey and gross.

The website states they are open until 9 PM but yet I show up at 8:40 to get a sub after a super long day at work and I’m starving and they are completely closed and cleaning up with their open signs off. I will probably never come here again so annoying.

I have not been able to eat anything and it actually taste good for over a year due to Parosmia which I got from covid. Well I ordered a Italian sub tonight and I’ll just say one thing, this is our new go to over Chinese for takeout! You guys are AMAZING! high quality meat lettuce was actually crunchy and tomatoes were not mush. Amazing I definitely recommend to anyone!The best place to eat locally for sure! Good job guys!

Completely garbage, not even worth the one star. Over priced, and the manager is worthless. The entire time I was there I overheard employees complain about the manager named Jess and how useless she is, on top her of her kids calling out like every day. They don’t deserve to work there so I’m making sure everyone knows about this Jess girl. Plus there’s maggots in the food

DO NOT GO HERE! I have ordered from this Jersey Mikes quite a bit over the past year but I won’t be ever again. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch cheese steak online and when I opened it, it looked terrible. There was no bacon and was on the wrong type of bread and it just looked off. After a few bites I ended up throwing it out because it tasted bad. After about 2 hours I became extremely nauseous. 30 minutes later I became violently ill and threw up multiple times then came the diarrhea, I have never been so sick to my stomach in my life. I would definitely avoid this one from now on. The quality has definitely gone way down hill.

The service here is HORRIBLE! I ordered my sandwich only to have kid who was making it taking his sweet time making it, as he was adjusting his headphones! And while I was waiting, I saw at LEAST four or five people who came in after me get their food! I wasn’t even asked to pay for my food while everything was going on! I got impatient and left before they finished because I am NOT wasting my time when people can’t do their job right!

Stopped to grab sandwiches for the ride home back to MA after a long day on the softball field. Customer before us was pretty tough of the staff. They did a great job of keeping their composure as they were all younger. They provided us very good service and sandwiches were also good. Gluten Free sandwich was surprisingly good as well.
