I gave this location a one star only because it’s the lowest rating offered. My girl ordered two chicken tender meals today. When she got home and opened the box we both couldn’t believe what we saw. The tenders were as thin as a slice of beef jerky!! No joke! If there was any chicken underneath the breading it was paper thin! Almost $35 wasted on garbage picked by the employee who thought he or she was serving something that anyone would eat. I will NEVER eat at Popeye’s again because of this!! Shame on whoever call’s themself the manager at this dump!!! BEWARE!!!!! Spend your money somewhere else!!!!!

I have tried Popeye’s a handful of times trying to give it a fair shot. The chicken sandwich has potential! The fries are pretty good too! But I visited this new location and I could tell it probably just opened in the last few weeks. Service was slow, like they’re still working out the kinks. Ordering was fine but paying and picking up food was odd. The employee didn’t say hello, or really say anything, just handed me the bag. The sandwich wasn’t the way I ordered it. It was missing pickles, they put way too much mayo on it, and I ordered spicy and it was the regular sandwich. The fries were dumped in the bag. Later I discovered they had to charge my card twice, apparently to collect the right amount for the meal. It was unappealing, disappointing, and felt like it wasn’t worth the cost. I’ll probably give Popeye’s another chance but maybe not this location.

Don’t waste your time. The wait is super long. The cashier was nice but the cook had a nasty attitude. Their whole system is disorganized…..don’t waste your time. To top it all off they got my whole order wrong and didn’t tell us prior they were out of certain items.

I can’t believe I’m in a drive-thru line for over 20 minutes. My wife went in and almost another 20 minute wait. Employees are ratchet and obviously get paid by the hour. Store is dirty too. Moving foward I will travel an additional 20 minutes to go to another location. This is my second time here. The first time they didn’t have any thighs and accepted some dry white meat. The third time will never be a charm. SMDH

We came at least 30 minutes until closing. While we were pulling I the lot we see a person in uniform walk outside and go through the driver thru. We waited to order with no cars in front of us. Ordered an eight piece box no sides. They gave us 4 Breast. 1 chicken wing and 1 thigh and 1 leg. The normal box comes with 2 wings. 2 thighs. 2 legs. We were pulling off. And the worker came back in a black vehicle. The window attendant said “I already gave her food now she’s coming back, you can’t do nothing for black people”

On 6/30/23 around 8pm we entered this establishment. Stood there about 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. This is after a total of 5 employees walked back and forth past is. The guy before was clearly upset, but was trying to keep his cool. He was spoken to very rudely by who seemed to be the manager, buts another story. The young ladies were told approximately 2 times that customers weee up front. Still, no one came up to the register. They responded with sucking their teeth, making remark making it known they did not want to help. After a third time of telling one young lady, “ you have customers! You gonna get them?” The young lady sucked her teeth, stood at the register, stared, and didn’t say a word. My sister walked up to start saying our order. I stopped that transaction. We refused to order from this establishment, and will NEVER return. This was the most disgusting customer service I’ve ever experienced from a fast food restaurant. Oh, the manager had her phone in her shirt on top of her shoulder while on speaker phone. Other employees were too busy on their phones as well. Check your camera and send someone to the location to get it together. This place is horrible, and a bad representation of your brand!! We took our business elsewhere! Not a good look!!

I’m still trying to figure out why this place is still open. I visited this location a few months ago and witnessed several people ask for refunds because after waiting for 30 minutes or more on an order, either they still hadn’t received it or it was not prepared as requested. The manager begged one lady for an opportunity to remake it, keep what she had, and get a refund. She told her that she could not keep the sandwich because it has mayonnaise on it and she specifically stated no mayonnaise. She also said that she was not waiting a minute longer for a remake and to just give her a refund. The manager told her that she did not say no mayo on her sandwich and another worker told her that he heard her say no mayo. I had personally waited for 45 minutes but was being compensated for picking up an order. I advised the customer that they should probably shop elsewhere the next time. The time before that, I was picking up an order for a customer and the inside was closed. I was in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes and it had not moved, so I called the store to see what was going on. I asked if they could bring the order out because it had already been paid for. He said that he couldn’t because only 2 people were working that day. Today I decided to try the food for myself with no one in the drive-thru line but me. I was told it would be 3 minutes and I said it was fine. I waited 3 minutes at the window and was told to drive around to the other side of the building and they would bring it out. I waited another 10 minutes and then went inside to ask for my order. She said, “Well, you don’t want old fries do you? These are all old, so I’m waiting for fresh ones.” Meanwhile, the new batch is ready so she SLOWLY takes the old fries out the warmer so she can put the fresh ones there. I’m sure the fresh fries were not dropped as soon as I ordered because they don’t take 15 minutes to cook. I understand that good help is truly hard to find these days, but this place is run by managers who don’t have a clue and/or don’t care, and their employees have the same attitude. Never again for me.

They’re always seems to be an issue with this particular location. I’ve tried several times to come here just to enjoy their food, but either there’s a line because there’s only two people working inside, they open at 10:00 a.m. I arrive at 10:30 a.m. for them only to tell me it’ll be another 30 minutes before they actually open up.
