This is a very clean McDonald’s. It is very new and modern. You can order at the kiosk instead of going to the counter. Everything that we ordered came out hot and fresh and correct. They had a great deal too hot and spicy chicken sandwiches for three dollars which are my daughter’s favorites. My husband also left a big Mac.

This time, I got a breakfast burrito. Needless to say, it was amazing apart from one minor flaw that I will talk about later. The sauce was the perfect mix of spice, and flavor. I had just enough to spread evenly on my burrito. The little vegetables add even more flavor. The one flaw of this burrito was adding too much cheese. There was cheese leaking out of the burrito before I even bit into it. The atmosphere was just like a regular McDonald’s, but a little bit busier. Overall, the atmosphere was mediocre. Service was like usual, super fast and efficient. Overall, I rate my visit as a 4 out of 5 stars.

We’ve visited this location a few times now, given its close proximity to our home. I always use the app to make it fast and accumulate points. The other day, we ordered and had one heck of a time with the app. Was glitchiny frequently, and I shouldn’t have continued to use it. Placed my order and when I arrived found the order had changed. It added 15 extra hamburgers and a bunch of other food I didn’t order. Thankfully, the staff and manager were unbelievable in their response to me. They quickly rectified the issue and took great care of me. I’m not going to lie. I was freaking out a bit when I realized I was charged almost an extra $100! I felt terrible as they made all that food, but they mentioned I wasn’t the only one experiencing issues like this today. Wish I would have gotten their names, but they were amazing! Food was hot and fresh and typically is hwre at this location.

Don’t even bother with the app! You still have to wait for your food even tho you pre-ordered it! Do better McDonald’s! Also they never make sure everything YOU paid for is in ur bag! Always check your bag before leaving!

In Lowell In., Food was prompt, hot for change and the Mgr came out and asked how our food was and if we were happy. That’s when my pace maker went nuts, my wife dragged me to the car battery and put my tongue on it to defibrillate me. Calling my lawyer in the morning.

Is there any way to rate the service lower than one star? Sorry didn’t know when you show proof of purchase you would be called a liar by a manager and basically told it’s not their problem. Way set an example for my young daughter. Sorry I can’t get food for my pregnant wife as well. I hope the manager for that day gets fired. If you want to treat people that way you don’t deserve a job sorry not.

Little confused McDonald’s isn’t there supposed to be eggs and cheese and then when I call and say they forgot eggs and cheese they said to bring the food back so they can remake the food The food is already getting cold so now they’re going to just slap some egg and cheese in there! Should I ask them to pay for the round trip & time spent? I want to thank the Lowell Facebook page for removing my post where I could air my grievances so that I could just post it here on Google reviews.

Waited 15 minutes for food, which whatever it’s dinner time, however it’s 20 degrees out and the staff member was going to different cars to try to deliver it (they made everyone park and wait) so the food got colder, again it is what it is, and I wouldn’t even write this review except the fries I got. This was supposed to be a large fry, and they only filled it as shown in the photo, and no I did not eat any before I took the box out the bad, saw it, and took the photo to put on social media. At least the staff is friendly which is why I went 3 stars and not 2.

Manager Max has absolutely no idea what he is doing. Speaks condescendingly and gets belligerent for little to nothing. Repeatedly tried to show a physical email confirmation of the order we placed because the mobile app was having issues and he refused to try to actually assist and get it figured out. Just kept insisting the order wasn’t there so he can’t do anything.
