This place is definitely better than all the people giving bad ratings. I was just here and it was busy. Sure we had to wait a little longer for food, but it was busy!! Total understandable. I’ve been here when it was slower and still had the same great experience making me want to come back for more. The service was great tonight despite the crowd and wait… So all those that had a different experience, no establishment is perfect. Give it another chance because for the area, you will not find better for Southern food. We had both great service and delicious food tonight. I overhead someone talking about having a 50 person graduation party here! The restaurant is very clean and spacious. The noise level is at a comfortable level where you can have a conversation without yelling. And our bill did not have gratuity included… It was probably included if you have a bigger party. We had 4 in our group and we tipped well for the great experience. Bourbon wings, broiled clams, lobster bisque, oysters and more… All had great flavor and delicious.

I will admit, the food was good and very flavorful. But my disappointment come from #1: the size of the snow crab legs. They were disrespectfully small for $30 a pound. I’m totally surprised no one else reported this as of yet. We all know stop & shop has small snow crab legs compared to the fish/warehouse shop. The size from Atlantic was 2 times smaller. #2: is the fact that the calculation of the gratitude owed is included into the total bill. Total gratitude calculated for me to pay was $30. Don’t get me wrong, cause I will give respect to where it’s due, the waiter was good in the beginning, but it took EXTRA long for us to receive our food, after we had to keep stopping other waiters to find our waiter, he forgot an item we ordered, and to top it off, when we asked for our check, he took another 20min to bring it to us. We had another waiter find him for us, and when they did, asked them to generate our bill for us. SO all that time we were waiting he didn’t even start our payment/check out process like we asked. So he did not deserve $30 worth of tip I was forced to pay. You are supposed to be able to choose what tip your waiter deserves to get, but with thus place, your waiter could be rude and disrespectful to you but you have no choice to pay gratitude they choose cause it’s included in the total price. If you love to waste money please go to this place they have no problem with ripping you off. I’m about to call channel 7 next about this cause they will steal your money.

Service was horrible but the food was ok, went there on 3/11 ordered a shrimp plate took an hour or more others in the group that ordered burgers and meals received their food within a reasonable time frame. I had to ask the server about my order he stated they are working on it. I truly believe he forgot to put it in. I don’t like how they include the tip on the check believe me the service was not worth a $10 tip! It really could be a nice restaurant if the service improves.

Food was great we had the crab cakes, shrimp boil lobster boil and the fish of the day. The mussels were just so tender, but then was desert and the beignets with coconut ice cream was exceptional! We came back two days in a row before heading back home. Definitely would recommend.

Maybe we went on a bad day but lord have mercy!! When we showed, we were told itll be a 25 minute wait – which was cool. So we sat at the bar. We noticed the beer (specifically the angry orchard) on tap tasted a lil funny but ayeee alcohol is alcohol so who cares. After about a 30 min wait, I noticed the bartender was giving a party that came in after us menues to order. Umm….so I said something because it didnt make sense that we were waiting for a table to order food but they were letting them order (mind you another party before us were also at the bar waiting to be seated to order) way ahead of everyone else. After saying something, they sat the party before us and my party. Our waiter was cool! He was cute with a slick style to him –yasssss hunny. We needed a lil bit of eye candy after that terrible debacle but whatever – its seafood so all is forgiven lol. Our waiter came, got us our brews … the friend I was with got another angry orchard .. when it arrived it smelled like angry orchard but tasted like blue moon… what kind of sorcery … but we was cool about it and the cute waiter took it back without a prob and said something was wrong with the taps. We ordered our food… and waited.. the music in the place was cool… we did a few head nods and snaps to it! After a while, I noticed we were still waiting, I turned around and BAM.. saw the party at the bar enjoying their food… they came in 20 minutes after us but were eating first… like I said though, we were about to be in seafood heaven so all is forgiven. Our food came.. I ordered the shrimp.. medium spicey… it was far from. I actually poured hot sauce on it just to feel a lil tang on my taste buds… it was bland. My friend ordered fried shrimp and fries. She said they were ok. Overall, Im going to give the place -2 stars because the waiter was cool. The food was eh. We won’t be going back!
