Guess times are changing where as it’s acceptable treating customers poorly. First she couldn’t explain $5 menue correctly, along with talking so fast and mumbling. Then at window our order was so screwed up she made us drive around reorder. After paying she handed us our order didn’t say a word then shut the window. Told my wife that’s the second and last time I’ll go to this location. Pretty obvious they could care less….

I forgot my wallet when going through the drive through which is embarrassing enough. Yet the drive through window attendant decided to use harsh language as well as insults and slammed the window. I understand I made a mistake but this type of customer interaction is not tolerable under any circumstances.

The absolute worst location I have ever seen. The employees are bothered by you ordering food here. They consistently claim to be out of things. If you somehow are able to order something that they aren’t out of, your gonna wait 20 minutes for your order even though your are the only person in the whole building.

Moderate amount of customer service and dining are is closed when short staffed. Easy place for a bite to eat and on the main airline strip. Consistent with other burger kings and have not had a bad meal, environment could be better with better customer service.

Cashier is not nice and not read coupon about 2 bacon cheeseburger and send me 2 small hamburger without mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles. I send back to cashier and act alike child complaining to manager then manager came to me and read paper I wrote her what I want then the man who cook gave me another 2 whoppers without cheese and fries French without ketchup.

Food was about what youd expect. My issue is they had me pull around to the door, they have a window where you pay and usually receive your food, with limited exposure to whatever is blowing on the wind outside. I understand that its a trend in the fast food industry, but if they still have to wait the location wont make any more money if they pull up. Also it makes me wonder if they’re doing something to my food that they dont want me to see. From now on Ill just ask for a refund when asked to pull forward. Its a health and safety issue. And i will not tolerate it any longer at any fast food location.

For my drinks wrong even after asking me at the window. They then proceeded to “park” me, even though there was no one else in the parking lot. Then they still got one of the sandwiches totally wrong. Can’t see returning to this restaurant until management fixes these issues.
