Great quiet atmosphere. The music is low, and it’s not echoie like many modern places. Good selection of American dishes. The service was very slow considering we ordered sandwiches. The restrooms needed a bit of attention when we went.

I was lucky enough to get a true French dip made from leftover prime rib from mothers day. Absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing and the waitress was very knowledgeable and accommodating!

The food was ok. Not great. The price of the food for the portion size is horrible. $18 for lunch combo, and you leave hungry. $10 for a cup of lobster Bisk that came out luke warm. It was not busy, and the service was so slow on Thursday at 1230pm. I got French dip, and it was all Luke warm. We could not send our food back due to time constraints….. Just waiting on the bill took another 20 minutes. I spent $39 on lunch with tips, and I will not return.

giving 2 stars because our server was very nice and professional. the food is terrible and overpriced. the french dip is extremely salty. the chicken sandwich was so dry and flavorless i had to send it back. the portion sizes aren’t worth the money at all. i got the salmon to replace the chicken sandwich and it was awful as well. it comes with spinach that isn’t cooked, like a salad, with diced tomatoes everywhere it’s just weird and not good. i was expecting cooked spinach. everything is flavorless. this place was a total bust.

Went here before a movie around 5:30 pm. This place has gone down hill quite a bit. The food was decent once it finally came out but the staff was more than overwhelmed and disinterested in helping people. I’d have to guess that someone called

My mother in law booked our rehearsal dinner at Burntwood Tavern in Crocker Park and everything was perfect. We had 30 people for our lunch and they had a party room that fit us all very comfortably. The food was delicious especially the crusted chicken. We had the buffet and everything was kept full. We had leftovers to enjoy for the next day. They allowed us to bring our own cake and had set up a table for us when we arrived with plates, forks, and a Knife to cut the cake. The servers were very attentive and friendly. I recommend having any big parties at this location. They also have a back area in front of the party room so if we had more people they could have still accommodated more people.

Located in Crocker Park. I ordered prime rib and they were out. My backup was a French dip….also not available.

Stopped in for dinner after a movie! Lots of options for table choice ….patio, open bar area near patio or inside seating. Service was prompt and attentive with Malasia as our server. Of the four orders, one was delayed for some reason coming out with the others. The manager Ramon was made aware of it by staff and he came to our table right away to apologize for the delay. He was very gracious and brought us a dessert on the house at the end of our meal. We were very impressed with how responsive they were and were not expecting the added treat! They obviously want to go out of their way to make things right and make guests feel valued.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and it was not a celebratory experience. We were given the opportunity to dine in the Tent. The tent was across from the restrooms, with no tablecloth and high traffic area. We chose the sirloin meal which was a reasonable price but could have been served warmer.

My husband booked brunch for Mother’s Day at Burntwood almost 2 weeks ago. When we got there we were lead to a make shift table and plastic chairs. It was clear they had the restaurant well over capacity. I expressed that a make shift table was not OK for someone that made a reservation and secondly for it being Mother’s Day! My dining room table was nicer than the atmosphere of the restaurant. The district manager (male) was rude and clearly saw no issues with overbooking the restaurant. We should have just left but they did move us so i decided to just stay.
