Such a sweet and inviting restraunt! Probably one of the cleanest places I’ve dined in a very long time. The food was amazing and the customer service was out of this world! The manager was one of a kind and set the tone for the whole place by welcoming us in by holding the door when we arrived. I will definetly be back!!

I have eaten here before with my son and every time we go in we sit at the bar. While visiting the restaurant on cinco de mayo I asked the host as always to be sat at the bar and she takes us to the bar. I was rudely approached by a bartender who was upset that the host sat us there. She instantly caught an attitude and says is he 18 he has to be 18 if he is going to sit there. Keep in mind we have sat at the bar before but because there was a crowd you wanted to turn away a guest. I will not be back. Word of advice to the bartender you never know who you are serving . I will just take my business elsewhere

The food was ok. I was hungry and didn’t skip a beat eating it. I ordered the Enchiladas Granero that comes with a hideous piece of steak. I didn’t want to risk it rotting in my intestines. I’m not sure what part of the cow this once belonged too. The customer service was good. I may try again when I return to McDonough.

The food is awesome. It’s always freshly prepared served piping hot with very little wait time. And very affordable. The service is outstanding and very prompt and attentive. I eat there whenever I’m in the area and never had a complaint. Royce…..happy patron

I hate I had to give even one star to leave a review. Service was ridiculously slow. The waitesss had no clue of the drink prices and had to constantly consult with coworkers when asked any question about the menu. After waiting an hour, we still had not received our meal and the waitress check-ins were minimal. Finally after canceling my food order, we asked for the manager, and her response for the poor service and severely extended wait was, “we’re understaffed”! I will NEVER support this business again and will highly discourage anyone else from doing so!

I am 24 weeks pregnant and I just left there and somehow my review disappeared…I dont see it anymore. I had plastic in my mouth that I had to spit out to see what it was. The manager was very nonchalant and didn’t seem to be apologetic or care that this happened. He offered to pay for my food. The waitress was great and explained to me why plastic was in my food….She said the food is wrapped in plastic before they cooked it and that’s where it probably came from. I will not return here ever. If you do fine here just be careful!

I was double charged on my credit card for my visit. Called and spoke to Evelyn and was told that I would have to come back o the restaurant to get my refund! Was told it would be looked into and someone would call me back. I was hung up on. No phone call but amazingly, a credit appeared in my bank account! The food was bad and I was given a hot beer with a cold glass and even though I told the waitress I didn’t want it, she charged me anyway. Do not go here!

I have been to this place a few times, but the last time I vowed not to go back I ordered food, and sit there watching the staff laugh and talk. I ended up having to leave my food because I wanted to get back to work. Today I give them another chance and this time the food was nasty. I had never had bad food before today and I ordered a platter and it had no rice and beans. I’m so over this place i hate to give them a bad review but the service and food is a no go. Stay away
