Worst Starbucks ever. Paid $5 for coffee. They got the order wrong. No apology. No replacement. But they make up for it by being rude and all the surfaces are sticky. Last time I will be at this location.

I really wanted to treat myself today so my husband went to this Starbucks to get my fave drink $7.30 is not a lot of money, but it is when you don’t get what you pay for. My drink was poorly made, had no cookie crumbles in it no caramel I may as well have been drinking an iced coffee. It was disgusting I t go to the other location but unfortunately I had to settle for this one today. Tried calling them to let them know my issue because my husband had just worked 10 hours no answer do not go here it’s disgusting and should not be in business

Always a nice experience when I walk into Krogers and I see Starbucks. Staff was friendly, drink was great! Make sure you try the Pistachio latte, it is really good

I look forward to going to Starbucks – it’s my special treat to myself usually on the weekend. Out of desperation, I went to an in-store location as the regular one was temporarily closed. The gentleman was less than friendly, indifferent at best, and seemed as if he hated his job. Rarely do I experience this type of poor service at a Starbucks but I hate going to in-store locations as I find them of inferior quality. I ordered a tall, Carmel macchiato, upside down, extra hot, made with blond expresso. I was given a cup with a thick layer of Carmel sauce going down the length of the cup and sleeve, I asked for napkins and a new sleeve… the associate didn’t apologize for serving me in such a sloppy way, didn’t immediately give me a new sleeve and told me the napkins were over there… pointing by the garbage/napkin area. Of course I asked for a new sleeve a second time before going to get napkins… I really pray for people to care about what you do until you can do something better. If customers stop supporting your business you will be out of business.

Not sure what is going on with this location. But it always seems that there is a problem in the evening every time. No oat, Almond, or 2% milk seems to be the reoccurring trend (keep in mind this location is inside of a kroger) and the fact no one listens to you when you place your order. So when you do get your order, it’s wrong. Then you ask for a refund and they send you to customer service and you have to stand in line that takes 30 minutes to get a refund. I will never go to this location again.
