This place is really good. They have really good frozen custard. In really good burgers. The French fries are awesome, they are little shoestring fries. They are not too crispy or too soggy. They’re perfect. They have both spicy and normal. Which are both super good. I recommend getting 1000 island for the Burger that’s kind of their secret sauce. Their frozen custard is also really, really good.

We have eaten at Freddy’s a s a family a handful of times, mostly at the east side location. We actually avoided this location because it always looks horrendously busy. On this visit, it was no exception, very busy with a full parking lot and a winding line of cars in the drive though. We went in and found a seat and ordered. Very efficient! Before too long, we had our food. It was obvious that they are very well staffed with plenty of help to crank out orders.

I went through the drive up today. At exactly 2:00 I placed my order. There were 6 cars ahead of me. By the time I was able to pick up my order it was 2:50. I spent 30 minutes in a drive through! It’s not like I showed up at noon for lunch! They really need to figure out a better way to deal with their drive through customers my burger is ice cold and I paid $9 for just a burger, no fries not drink. This is unacceptable!

Good solid burger joint. The burgers are smash burger type and are tasty. The fries are thin cut. Ask for them well done. Shakes are also worth the price. I didn’t give five stars as the prices in my opinion are high for the food you get. Worth a try for sure.

I used Google to place a mobile order. I have heard about Freddy’s but I assumed there wouldn’t be many vegetarian options so I never gave it a chance. Boy, was I missing out! The staff was incredibly kind and very efficient and the food was scrumptious! I scarfed down the veggie burger before taking a picture: it was so good, it made me think ‘I need to leave a review so other people don’t miss out on Freddy’s like I did!’ and then I messaged all my friends about the meal.

Made an online order for pickup. Was due to be picked up at 7:15pm. This was a large order, over $100. Arrived to pick up, wasn’t sure how it worked as it’s my first time here. Stood at the register for more than 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Once food was “ready” I gathered and started on my way out, but noticed I was missing a shake. Went back in to collect it, and decided I better check the rest while waiting. I was missing a burger, 2 orders of cheese curds in addition to the shake. The “manager” informed me that I was in his way checking my order and I needed to move. Wasn’t a bit concerned with messed up order. Finally told them what was missing. Another 10 minutes pass and one of them find my melted peanut butter shake that had been pushed off to the side. Another 10 minutes, my food is cold and gross, my ice creams are all melted. Upon trying to get a refund and just go, “manager” informed me I would have to go through app to refund. (I didn’t order on any app, was straight through Freddy’s website). Mentioned this, and he had an ‘oh darn, your problem ‘ type of attitude. Upon pulling up the email confirmation, it says to contact THE STORE with any issues. So after waiting another 5+ minutes of being ignored, finally got his attention and told him it said to contact him. From there his attitude changed a bit and he called a manager. Another 15 minute wait and she arrived. She was very kind and professional. Refunded my money and attempted to make it right. So kiddos to her, but this will be my last experience with these guys. Will get my Freddy’s fix from Texas from now on. Very disappointed. Finally leaving the restaurant at 8:30. Hungry kids, no dinner.. Get it together Freddy’s….

We always enjoy this fast food option. Get a hot dog or the jalapeño burger and alway always make sure to get fries and the sauce! We never seem to get icecream bit it looks good, so go for it! This last time we ate inside and I was surprised how fast and diligent they were about keeping everything clean. We really appreciate that level of service at fast food especially.

Got workers arguing about ice cream, and other workers ignoring customers at the counter waiting 5 min for our online order for them to finally tell us they were in the middle of preparing it. Curds come half filled for the price all three were like that so I’d probably try somewhere else
