Worst customer service i’ve ever experienced at a Wendy’s. I told the girl taking my order twice it was for in-store (not to-go). She gave the order to me in a paper bag. I asked for a tray and she rudely said “what’s that?” I said “a plastric tray.” She then said she thinks they got rid of them during covid, but her body language reek’d of her either making that up or lying. I asked it she expects me to use the paper bag as a tray? She just walked off very rudely.

Everyone that worked at the Strewberry Wendy’s were so nice and helpful with everything, including the service. The made sure that we were happy with everything before we left the restaurant. I will be back again.

I gave a steady four because they’ve come a long way. Recently my husband begged to go here and I caved because I really like frosties. Anyway, before I had to wait a super long time but they were very understaffed. Now it’s running smoother. You still get a line, but that’s anywhere. The people there are great at what they do and are pleasant to talk to while ordering. Working in fast food is hard, so I know how hard it is to keep composed. Overall, the food is good, definitely better than the McDonald’s around the corner (no hate to them though), and you can’t go wrong with the frosties. Even the tiny ones are enough to make your day. For the whole experience, it’s making a comeback and going strong.

Been to many wendys and have worked many fast food jobs and this place was BAD. We stopped for dinner on a roadtrip, wanted to pop inside for restroom and then be on our way. Doors locked 2 hrs early. Went through the drive through and they said they were understaffed. I’ve been there, but the smart and kind thing to do is write a little apology note explaining why the Doors are locked early. We then tried to order. The girl was incredibly inpatient and rude, after a moment of looking at the menu to gather our thoughts we were met with an incredulous “Hello?????” As if waiting one minute for us to order was a pain. We tried to order and they didn’t have coke to drink with our grilled chicken sandwich meal. That’s fine, we’re flexible, but tone is everything where you’re talking through a machine, and she sounded angry we even asked about it. Then asked for a grilled chicken patty (I can’t have gluten and wanted something easy). “We don’t have that.” Was the annoyed and short answer. Please tell me how you don’t have a grilled chicken patty, but you can make a grilled chicken sandwich? Not to mention there are kinder ways to tell a customer they can’t have what they want. I’ve worked drive through, it’s not hard to be nice. I know for a fact there is a way to only ring up a chicken patty, there’s no shame in asking a manager for help if you don’t know how to do something. But don’t be needlessly rude to customers just asking for a simple accommodation. We went elsewhere. I’m sure Wendy’s doesn’t care about our experience, they make enough money without our purchases. But maybe skip this specific location if you’re looking for any kind of quality customer service besides teenage sass.

Their burgers are like biting into a grease patty. Love their fries n salad Could have ripped the girl doing the drive thru right through the window. Management blows they allow bullying against disabled people and then fire the disabled person for reacting to the bullying. I myself will never ever visit this Wendy’s again! They can keep their bullying brats! One even complained to me at the drive thru window about said mentally disabled person not realizing he was my son. Very very unbecoming and not at all professional. Not even the general manager is worth a good doo. Prejudice against disabled people working in their facility and bullying environment. POS

the cashier was super friendly my 12 year old and I walked in she wanted to buy her self and her sisters something I agreed, she was paying so I had her order. the cashier was patient with her and let her order and even asked how to spell her name (Mykayla) which most ppl don’t bother doing and usually butcher it! she left my daughter smiling after she told her how beautiful her name was and even asked me how I came to pick it. all the while getting our food together. it was a super quick trip but it has lasting impact my daughter was so happy that the lady asked how to spell her name and then complimented her. it made her feel good ab her self and I appreciate that as a mom! thank y’all!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is absolutely unacceptable. I bought 2 Dave singles and they throw the small jr meat on the burger. Waited over an hour for food. Excuse was they are understaffed. Then close your restaurant. I will not go back until they get it together.

Waited in drive thru line for 25 minutes just to get up to order, only to be informed that they were out of several items, including bacon. Something like that should be posted. Considering over half, the menu involves bacon

Worst Wendy’s that I’ve ever been to. Rude employee working drive-thru, nuggets tasted like fried mashed potatoes, fries tasted like they were three days old, drinks tasted like bland sugar water, and to top it off, my girlfriend and I both felt sick after eating here.
