I was surprised by all of the recent 1 star reviews. We came in person and did a takeout order. The portion size was huge. We really liked the Barbacoa meat. It was tender and well seasoned chuck shredded roast with Mexican seasoning (I Googled it). No complaints really and the food quality was good. We had a second burrito bowl will chicken.. the chicken was actually a bit overcooked (dry). But we will be back! See pics!

I am not one to typically complain or post a negative review, but our experience at Chipotle on Mineral Point Road this evening was awful. We are Chipotle regulars. My son has ordered the same burrito for the past 3+ years. Tonight he started eating his burrito and it had a significant amount of hot sauce, which he did not order. We went back to the store to have the burrito remade correctly. They refused to comp the burrito despite it being their mistake. The young lady at the register went to talk to the general manager who made her be the messenger to tell me I’d have to pay another $13+ for the correct burrito. As I questioned this, she said “they remember him ordering hot sauce” which was absolutely incorrect. Then she said they couldn’t because he ordered guacamole and queso (hence the $13+ burrito I already paid for!) and their “profits are down.” She then said if I would’ve come to the register first and not had the burrito remade, there “may have been a different outcome.” The manager never came out to address this issue and hid in the back while the young lady gave me a myriad of ridiculous excuses. This is the worst service I have ever received. I ended up paying over $30 for the correct burrito and a drink for my teenage son. Their profits will definitely be down now that Chipotle has lost a previously very loyal family. QDoba here we come.

I’ve had several bad experiences at this location, but last night was the final straw. My burrito was so small that the sour cream and salsa had made the rice and beans cold by the time I ate it. I like your food better than Qdoba, but not when your employees can’t make it. What I got last night was a taco bell burrito, not a chipotle one.

I eat chipotle 2-3 times a week, I called after ordering a burrito bowl and a kids meal to inform them that the pinto beans were too spicy and due to this I wasn’t able to eat the food. I was advised that they don’t do anything to the pinto beans. I told her I understand maybe they can have a crew member try it because I eat there 2-3 times a week and it’s spicier than normal. I was again told they don’t do anything. I asked to speak with a manager. waited in line for 5 minutes holding my baby with no one ahead of me or behind me while the almost 10 workers looked at me and didn’t help me or even say hello. They were all talking and messing around or prepping. Every single table was messy. I eventually just walked out, i won’t be returning! Every time i come to this location the customer service is horrible
