We were a group of 4 couples. Everyone in our group was enjoying their food and fun conversation. The big problem was when we received our bill. There was an up charge for the whiskey, they put a 20 percent charge on, also a miscellaneous charge which was 9 dollars per couple. Because there was 8 of us in the group. The food was good but we all agreed that we will never go there again.

This is my 1st time here per as my friend advised me to go for game and food. So, as I enter I was shocked to see how many Freaking tv they got everywhere! 24¿? Then ordered appetizer, (omfg so freaking delicious! It melts my heart) had small taste of other food all of them is so awesome!! The server is friendly and fast at service. I’d definitely come back!

First time ever had a bad experience. The French fries were burnt and told the bartender mike, and he said” some people like them crispy!!” Not what I expected from him!! Maybe a sorry or something???? I did not and do not expect anything free, but a mistake is as simple as that. Hopefully your not an owner because it isn’t what a good one would do! Hopefully it gets better because I will not return and will not recommend it either!

Food seemed prepared in advance and just reheated. I ordered a burger, came wrapped in foil and the bun was hard. Also had the huge nachos and the meat was dried out and didn’t seem freshly cooked. The food also took about 20 minutes to come to our table. Service was good. The waitress was nice and very accommodating to my wife asking about the different craft beers. Would not drive out of my way to eat there again.

I went with my grandma for her birthday dinner, we saw a lady cleaning tables and asked her if we could sit anywhere and she said yes. We sat at a longer table, just the two of us, at the end so they wouldn’t have to clean the whole table. As soon as we sat down a different worker yelled at us how many people were at our table. We said two and she rudely told us that we were not sitting there and wouldn’t allow us too, smacking menus she had in her hands on the table demanding that we were sitting there from now on. We walk over to the new table and she said “I didn’t realize that I said anything wrong” my grandma said she was being rude. We said that a lady said we could sit anywhere, she threw her hands in the air and said “or you could have looked at the sign” and walked away. The sign in question was written in chalk and was barely there. As someone that works in a restaurant, I would never dream of treating a customer like that. You should be fired, and if you were the owner, I would be ashamed. But luckily we went down to Greystone down the road and had an awesome experience.

We visited during lunch time just as they opened. It was very clean inside. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms were clean. The menu had a lot of options. Our food was very good. Lots of tables.

Worst service from a bartender(Courtney) I have ever experience. I run a bar myself and I can’t believe they have someone so terrible behind the bar. One of us ordered a can of soda and was mad at our other friend for not telling her he wanted a beer while she “had the cooler open”. Wouldn’t give us pull tabs because she was too busy. Was complaining about having decent business. I would be happy to have a lot of customers to serve. We felt bad as bartenders ourselves to tip so bad but she needed to understand that was unacceptable.
