Worst experience ever ordered two pizzas carry out. It didn’t look like Papa John’s didn’t taste like Papa John’s and was so hard you couldn’t chew it. Not to mention when I went in there that crew looks pretty rough. Couldn’t get cashed out, called the next day to tell them about it I was asked if I called last night. I said I’m calling now to tell you she said well I can’t do nothing about it. I said I’m not wanting nothing for free. I’m just telling you how bad it sucks.. I will not be going to Papa Johns no more not to Johnson City one.

HORRIBLE EVERYTHING!!!! I went to pick up my pizza, the “gentleman” didn’t greet me, only asked my name and then gave me my pizza(online order). Didn’t say anything. I asked for napkins and he pointed to a nearly empty holder. I asked him for more and he slung another napkin holder towards me. HE WAS RUDE!!

I have never in my life been humiliated and disrespect in my life.. This place is a joke where they got their management firm I will never know very childish. Shame on anybody who raised them.. and this review is just very beginning of what I plan to do I will be reaching out to corporate to express how upset I am with this not to mention how I think they should not have a job they obviously you’re not grown enough not only did they disrespect me and humiliate me but they also wide and lie to the local authorities that’s just sad grown people acting like they have no morals or values and don’t know how to act her age that they definitely don’t need a job in management.

One of the worst Papa John’s I have been to. The staff seemed like they didn’t even care. I ordered takeout and called it in. I went on to pickup and they gave my order to someone else. I was ok with that as that happens. So I sat there and then watched them. They were just joking around. They didn’t even start working on my order until I had to ask about again which was 15 mins later. The place also looks very dirty. I will not be ordering from this Papa John’s pizza again.

The worse location, I payed for extra sauce not only did they give me the wrong sauce but they didn’t ask add the sauce I requested on top of my food looking old & cold. Whoever answered the phone at 9:25 was so rude and nasty. Like a sassy little female who is a young man

I’m sad to say that this store is no longer in my order from list. When I called and asked for the manager to resolve an issue, “Tyler” said he was manager. I explained my issue, assertively but without profanity, and Tyler decided to hang up and not attempt any kind of customer service or issue resolution. My issue was that when I placed my order with Papa John’s through their app, they then use Doordash to deliver. Unfortunately I used the wrong address when ordering and tried to correct it. Doordash said to contact the merchant and Papa John’s said to call doordash. When I tried to talk with Tyler, “the manager” to get resolution he abruptly hung up. I’ll not be ordering from any Papa John’s after this experience.

Over the past couple of months service at this Papa John’s has plummeted. I have been ordering from this location for years, but I will not order from them again. Last night I ordered a large pizza 1/2 cheese 1/2 Canadian bacon with pineapple and green peppers and a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper. There was no pineapple, and no drink. On May 16th I ordered two large pizzas for my daughter and her friends. One of them was too spicy for the kids because it had buffalo sauce instead of marinara. Prior to that one I ordered a pizza in April that took two hours to arrive and it was cold when I received it. I have tried to complain, but it is impossible to reach the local store. A call center now handles all of the orders. I went in to complain to the manager once about the amount of time it takes to receive the delivery and was told they were using a food delivery service because of trouble hiring enough drivers, but he claimed the pizzas aren’t baked until the driver is ready to pick them up. Which is obviously not true or my pizza that came 15 minutes after closing time would’ve still been hot.
