Has really gone down recently. I use this location every time I visit my parents, going each morning for coffee and breakfast. Typically every 3 months for a couple days each visit and have been doing so since it opened. The service, quality, and price always met or exceeded expectations until my most recent visits this past week. Service used to be friendly and provided the correct order promptly. Both times I visited last week failed live up to previous experiences.

Stopped at Your Furry’s Ferry Rd store today. Came in and stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes no one acknowledged my presence. I could here people talking and joking. No one ever came to take my order. I left without getting the donuts I wanted. This location is convenient to my home. I will not be back.

This location is about a mile from my house, but I drive to the Wheeler Road location instead. I always order the same thing- medium iced caramel craze latte with no cinnamon on top. It is never made right. On my last visit here, i was told that I couldn’t order my drink without cinnamon “because it comes on it”. I was able to get someone to make it, but they didn’t put whipped cream or caramel on top. I asked them to put it on there, and I was just given caramel. I don’t understand what is so hard about my order.

I hate to give 2 stars but I feel like it’s necessary because I’m speaking for all the people who love frappecinos in the summer but can’t or don’t drink milk. I use to get them made with almond milk but now they won’t because of nut allergies. I feel I’m being punished because I can’t drink milk. All it would take is to have a separate blender pitcher labeled almond milk only. What is DD willing to do for their customers. I know Starbucks does it. Just sayin…..

This is the worst Dunkin’ and I have issues every time I go! They are always out of stuff. It’s Dunkin’ Donuts, How do they run out of donuts and bagels before 2pm?! It’s the main thing they sell! But I already placed my order and paid on the mobile app, so it was an ordeal to get a refund. They wouldn’t give cash so they expected me to have the physical Dunkin card, which I don’t carry around because isn’t that the point of the app? Another time they allowed me to place an order on the app for walk-in pickup, and only after I got there I discovered it was drive-thru only. Do you know why I dislike drive-thrus? Because it’s harder to dig through and check your bag since there’s a line behind you and so of course they ripped me off because I never got donuts I paid for! I didn’t notice till I got home. The only reason I even go back is because it’s the closest and most convenient location. But I just don’t think I’ll ever go back now. They’ve made the whole purpose of the app pointless to even use. And they seem to have gotten skimpy now too. These donuts in my picture are supposed to have icing and powdered sugar on them and they’re practically just plain.
