Called in order for extra cheesy Alfredo pizza. Within 15 minutes it was ready. They have a progress tracker they send you through your email. Food was ready when I arrived. Was great pizza and service was also great. they also offer delivery at this location.

The Baxter TN team did a great job with our pizzas tonight despite being slammed with orders. Tasted great and cooked exactly as ordered even down to the three extra sauces we asked for. I can understand why they are busy! Keep up the good work and great customer services skills!

Two stars for the crust and the fact that they got the extra sauce right. Pizza was hot and delivered on time but the cheese leaves much to be desired. I’m done with papa johns. Give me the real cheese that stretches when you pull it out of the box and has a bit of chew to it when you bite. The cheese on this pizza might as well have been spread on with a butter knife.

I placed a large order last night for a family birthday celebration and was very disappointed. The cheese pizzas were so full of grease that he inside of the box was completely saturated as each piece was lifted. There was literally a complete black circle underneath the pizza, no meat on the pizza yet still got a grease laden pizza, very disappointing. We ordered 5 pizzas plus a dessert & paid almost $60 & ended up with almost 3 whole pizzas leftover because no one ate more than a couple of pieces each. It’s ridiculous to also have to pay 85 cents a piece for extra sauces when you are placing an order over $50 in pizza alone. We definitely won’t be making this mistake again when it comes to a large pizza order we will drive a few extra miles & get Dominos, Papa John’s has definitely went downhill since the pandemic hit!!

Have a craving for pizza, and there’s no Domino’s anywhere. So we have have to settle for Papa John’s. We walked to there from Love’s . Ordered 2 large pizzas. The front cashier seemed at a lost when you asked him questions. There were about 12 employees in the back, walking around and pretending to be busy. The wait time was 20 minutes. I can understand being busy. But i can not understand the mismanagement of people walking around as if they are lost. Other customers came in to pickup their previous orders and the employees were at a lost. This store needs management, not more clueless employees!!

Placed order for delivery. 90 minutes pass and on 2nd call, I’m informed the drivers called the wrong number, even though I put my number in delivery instructions. Yet the guy on the phone repeated the right number. Was told I could pick it up, not possible. I’m a truck driver and this place is usually great and convenient, but after this I’m not sure if I’ll waste my time again. Very disappointed

I just want to say that the Baxter Papa John’s staff is amazing. I ordered a Pizza from them and I didn’t have enough money and stated what I had, I confused myself because I thought the amount was going to be lower and thought it was from a previous order. The chick that was taking my order said “okay let me get my manager.” Noah came up to the register and reduced the price of my order to where I could afford to pay for it, no questions asked. It really surprised me because they could’ve just said sorry and left it at that but these people with no hesitation helped me when I needed help. Thank you guys soooooo much! I really appreciate you and your kindness, to go out of your way to accommodate me when you didn’t have to!!!!!

Staff was very friendly and professional. We arrived earlier than our pizza and cheese sticks were expected to be done. We were given a complimentary drink while we waited. They were extremely busy but remained friendly and professional anyway. Our order was ready before the time it was expected to be. The food was definitely fresh, hot and delicious!!
