Coffees are expensive, and the food is mediocre. They no longer have the local feeling that made them such a great place years ago. Nothing fresh, all the food has that McDonald’s or fast food industrial vibe. Find and support a local shop if you can.

This Moring I ordered a “exclusive members only” frozen coffee from this location on the mobile app, I come here almost everyday and never had a problem. Upon arriving at my destination AFTER already starting to drink it I noticed GREEN specs through out the coffee, after further inspection i found more and more specs. I went back to the store to ask for my money back. In which the woman with grown hair had said they can not give me my money back. but that she could remake it. already discussed I respectfully said no and asked for my money back YET AGAIN SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY! I ENDED UP LEAVING WITH OUT A REFUND! Dunkin Donuts should NEVER refuse someone their money back EVER! Dunkin Donuts steels money from Coustomers.

Put in a mobile order in the morning, show up, no one there. This happened 3 times. No decency to refund automatically. You have to show back up and complain. They just take the money and who cares. Never going back to these crooks.

By far the slowest service of any Dunks around. I’m kind of stuck going there because it’s the only one on my route to work, so I’ve unfortunately visited there dozens and dozens of times over the years. Same thing every time. Have to wait forever for your food or coffee. Even if I order ahead on the app 10 minutes before arriving, they still don’t have my order ready when I show up. And they don’t seem to care and don’t even acknowledge you when you’re standing around waiting for your food or coffee.

I went there recently and see that the mask opinion is very poor. The lady behind the counter would consistently drop the mask below her nose and instead of helping new customers, would socialize with two customers who were not wearing masks despite it being posted as a requirement.

I didn’t want to say anything to them at the time, but when I got back to the car I really did not feel comfortable drinking my coffee after watching a maskless customer stand over it talking to the lady who worked there. I really wish I asked them to remake it.
