Service suck, rude people working there 5-29-23 girl that took order very snotty when i asked question about what coke products they had i asked for coke rootbeer didn’t get rootbeer got dr pepper burgers were not hot, dried out like they were sitting out for awhile they where nasty. They need to close that place down. Always rude service sucks, food never right. Thought i would give them one more try. Well never again Romeoville burger king

I RARELY leave a review. But kindness goes a long way! David was EXTREMELY rude. He took our order in the drive-thru and rushed us through it. He asked us is there anything else that we want, as soon as we were going to keep ordering he cut us off and told us to pull forward. I told him I wasn’t done ordering and that I’m sorry. He had an attitude and after we finished ordering he yells “anything else!?” We then pull up to a lady who was very nice. She took our money to pay for the food and gave us our drinks. We got to see David face to face as he gave us our food. First, he handed it to us rudely. When we said “thank you” he just walked away. To top it all off, we ordered 2 whoppers, 1 whopper jr meal, onion rings, and a small fry. We got no fries in our order. I called Burger King to get the name of the rude employee (David) when I called I asked who am I speaking with? He said “can I help you…?!” (Rudely of course) I responded saying “Yes I would like to know who I am speaking with”.. He said “David?” & I said “Ok cuz I’m leaving a review about you, thank you.”

This store needs to be shut down. I live right across the street and I grew up going here. It is an impossibility to get a hot burger with melted cheese. The franchise owner should be ashamed of their self and just close the store. What a joke. Then telling people that their credit card machines don’t work all the time so they can accept cash. This location is the absolute worst! Always the wrong order! And then they also took our receipt when asked for the correct order. A half hour wait on a dine in order, that they never told us was ready. 2 little kids got restless from the long wait so we brought them home to eat. Get home to see they made the order wrong. Then had to go back there to get it fixed. All they did is replace the incorrect item. No other resolution for everything else. I’ll stick with going to the McDonald’s down the street from now on

Made a mobile order for dine in so I can eat with my two kids without waiting in line. 30mins later waiting in the dining area, I check the counter. Nothing. App says order will be at the counter when ready. Actual counter says “Pickup”. I ask an employee. My order was processed as take-out: everything shoved in bag. No tray. Employee gives me a confused look. I point at the recipient staples on it: DINE IN. Fine. I don’t want to dine there. I check my order: everything was fine EXCEPT the double cheeseburger. Instead, I was given a hamburger with bacon.

Nuggets were raw , 2 didn’t even have breading one was already ripped in half there was some kind of garbage in my CHICKEN sandwich not to mention all the food was cold & as I nicely requested a refund the cook in the back was swearing and complaining about me being unsatisfied with my food . Wow burger King has really want down hill. The “chicken tendergrill” is some fake chicken patty…disgusting! All of the food was fake/filler food, nothing like the pics. First time at burger King in a few years, definitely the last too! BK feedback: purchase and serve quality food!

I have no complaints. Went during lunch time, the person in drive thru was Polite and Courteous, and didn’t rush me as I was ordering. That means a lot to me when the person working the drive thru is patient with me because there’s so many things to choose from on the menu.
