The worst McDonalds I’ve been to, and I work frequently in Portland and Eugene. I live in town and come here for convenience. I used to come here for cheap food as well, but even the cheap aspect is going out the window. Routinely my order is missing items or I’ve been given the wrong order completely. Today I ordered a number meal with a coke. Paid, went to get my food to be told they are out of ice for the day. After paying, with no apology, and to be ignored when trying to exchange courtesy like have a nice day.

The drive through has two lanes. They just took the order for 4 cars on the left and didn’t take the order on the right car. I finally yelled at the guy in front of me and asked if they were taking his order. He said no and decided just to pull up. They finally came to the right side and took my order after me asking multiple times if they were taking orders on that side and either didn’t hear my question or ignored it.

Things just cost more here for some reason theyre the only mcds ive found that charges extra for almost everything, they also never ask if you eant sauce when you get nuggets and i have never in the last 6 7 months gotten any napkins.and to top it off the lobby always has a mop or broom just sitting around.
