The service was really good. Server gave me time to look the menu and gave me some good suggestions on what was good. I went with the Remington burger with fries. The burger was good and everything came nice and hot.

Six of us gathered for lunch. Service was quite good. Waitress friendly and efficient. Most of us had chicken fried steak special, and all agreed it was good. Potatoes could have used a little more gravy – but I’m sure it would have been provided if we’d asked. A nice outing, and we’ll worth the price.

Ordered onion brick to share and burger and fries for my meal. WAY too much food. Brought two boxes of leftovers home. Very good! Service was good although a little slow bringing our ticket. Overall nice restaurant

Their all you can eat spaghetti is pretty good on Thursday nights. I’m not a huge fan of green peppers though and they use them in their sauce. Sometimes they are a little overwhelming in the sauce and that’s the main thing you can taste. The last couple times I was there this wasn’t the case so I’m not sure if it has to do with the season where they aren’t as strong or fresh during the winter season or if they put less into the sauce but it’s definitely better recently than it was last summer!

Food was horrible. My bun on my hamburger was so soggy I couldn’t pick it up. My medium rare meat was rare which wouldn’t have been so bad if my bun wasn’t soaking in the meat juice. Got told thats how people like it, with a soggy bun, and they have a new young cook. Sent food back to get cooked longer and new bun and food was brought back with a piece of cheese thrown on top. Got yelled at by the waitress several times. She would not listen or take any advice to make it better. The pasta left a nasty taste in my mouth. We didn’t get charged for all the food we sent back and didn’t get to eat and they acted like they did us a favor by not charging us. We didn’t get to eat it. I left hungry and only 2 out of the 4 of us got to eat. The staff act like they do not care at all. Ask to speak to a manager several times and was finally told they did not have one on duty. Worst experience ever. We will never will go back.

Started bad when I came in the hostess looked right through us and smiled and waved at the people who came in after, didn’t even greet us. She asked where would you like to sit I said a booth please. She then told me it’s dirty and asked where else I wanted to sit. The table was cleaned already but I had suspicions that she would sit the people she knows their. I was right and that’s where it all started getting worse. We waited almost a half hour for refills. We were never asked how we were doing. The restaurant is way out dated. My food when arrived looked like somebody just through it together lettuce fell all over me the table and floor. This place needs a true overhaul in customer service and remodel. The menu items are not that great. They only have grilled chicken not breaded for sandwhiches. I was asked if I want a to go box I said yes. This is about another 20 30 minutes. Just very unprofessional won’t be coming back.

Seems to have gone down hill in the past couple years, the food is subpar at best and the last few times I’ve gone the service hasn’t been the greatest but it was tolerable until this last time I went, it was absolutely terrible. Our fried pickle spears were burnt, and our chicken strip dinner that we had ordered with fries and Texas toast came without the fries… When we tried to flag down a waitress it was like our table must have been invisible so I finally followed one of the waitresses to the bar area and told her About our situation she assured me that she would let our waitress know so then our waitress came out to the table and began to argue that we didn’t ask for fries with our chicken strip dinner (witch we had) and that it doesn’t come with the dinner on the menu and rudely remarked “would you like me to get the menu and show you!?” She was right the menu doesn’t include fries on the chicken strip dinner witch I think is odd to begin with but I was aware of this and I was also aware of the fact that I had ordered the fries as an add on. I told her if she was going to give me attitude about it I was fine and I would just finish what I had and leave. 5min later she returned with our bill and fries and in a rather rude tone explained that the kitchen staff heard me tell the other waitress that I didn’t receive my fries so they made them and “somebody might as well eat them”… We will not be returning and will not be recommending this establishment to anyone in the future.

Food just ok, service not good. Ran out of baked potatoes so three entrees in our group came without potatoes, then they brought them out when our meal was almost done. Oh and don’t order a glass of water in addition to milk for your children or you will get charged for the water. It was only a quarter but really, who charges for a glass of water when you have a party of 7 with spends $150 for dinner.

The new menu item, “chicken nachos”, were good in that the toppings were grilled before they were put on the chips. The chips weren’t drowned in cheese which was nice but were Tostitos. It would have been nice if the tortilla chips would have been fresh made. The chips had just the right amount of cheese in my view.
