We were greeted by a rude lady after standing for 5 minutes in line in a completely empty Taco Bell who stated, “Can’t help you, you have to order at kiosk” we had a large breakfast order for 7 and after purchasing the lengthy order, she turns to us and says, “we are out of eggs” and did not help w solutions. It would have been nice to have been informed of this before directing us to the kiosk at 9am that they didn’t have eggs. Her manager has was less helpful and eventually we left without food after wasting 20 min at this absolute dump and detour. Absolutely terrible service and miserable people that work there. We like Taco Bell breakfast tacos…just stay away from this location.

If I could rate this taco bell zero stars I would. Every time I come here it is consistently a bad experience. Yesterday during my ordering process in the drive-thru someone had came over the intercom and interrupted with rude comments. I would suggest you avoid this Taco Bell at all cost as there is a much better one nearby. I will be raising these actions to the corporate level as this is unacceptable.

I came in here last night at around 10pm and I wanted a Baja blast since I hadn’t had Taco Bell in quite some time. The people working the kitchen wouldn’t bother to come and serve me at the counter for a simple drink, I tried placing an order on the kiosk and Baja blast wasn’t on there, the restaurant was unkept, however one thing I did like was that the bathroom was actually clean for a Taco Bell. Please improve customer service.

I would give zero stars if Google let me from the service to the soggy food I received. Your employees need to be taught compassion for the elderly who don’t know how to use your kiosk instead of telling them they need to learn how to use it. From start to finish taco bell employee failed. I won’t be back.

$2 for a supreme tacos and I get these soggy fk things. Didn’t get a recipe, by design I’m sure. Just purchased them like 10 minutes ago. So whoever is making the food in there needs training. I’ll definitely drive the extra miles an take the fam to a taco truck from now on. Thanks TacoBell, for you have destroyed a brand only to make the little man more profitable.

I went into the Texas city Taco Bell. They told me I had to use the computer to order. I told them I didn’t know how to use it, but they WOULD NOT take my order. They did come over and help me, but when I got home my order was completely WRONG! The employees should take your order for you, that’s what their job is. I WILL NOT be back!

I have to start off by saying Thank you guys! I had a problem with placing my order on the app and Tony was very patient and helpful placing my order. The rest of the guys seemed to work well getting the orders out. .Service was better than the typical fast food service. There was another customer after me that had an issue with an order from a prior day and the entire staff worked together to explain the issue and correct what ever was wrong. She left happy thanking the guys for their help. It’s not often you seethe staff at a fast food restaurant work so well together and going above and beyond d to make a customer happy. It was over all a good atmosphere. We don’t normally eat inside but we did tonight. The restaurant was clean. I have to admit my experience was better tonight at tacobell than it has been at restaurants I’ve paid $60-$70 to eat at. I would definitely hire any of the guys
