We were stopping here on our way home from Darby. Service was so friendly and fast! I would have given it 5 stars but when I walked in my feet stuck to the floor. Something must have spilled but it was on the entire floor, it was awful. Then my shoes had sticky on them when I left. No one was trying to fix it or clean it or anything

The worst customer service here. Unfriendly and unhelpful. Sandwich was also made wrong – missing avocado and I paid for double turkey and got a single serving. I asked for napkins as their dispenser was out, and the guy with the scraggly blonde ish beard pointed to a stack of napkins in his workspace, behind a counter out of my line of sight, that is certainly not meant for customers to reach over and grab but he indicated that I should grab them myself instead of handing them to me like a normal person. If the goal was to make sure I don’t come back, they nailed it!

I really can’t begin to say, that I am repeatedly disappointed every time I go here. So, I’m stopping going here. One person dropped my bag out the window onto the ground and blamed me for not catching it. Several times they dropped my payment and change and gave me back what I handed them minus the change expecting me to pick up the change that dropped on the ground. Almost every time my order has been wrong. They’ve charged me for chips and kickin sauce that they never put in the bag. IF they give me a napkin, it’s one napkin- not 3 or 4. They will not cut sandwiches in half. I have left money for tips periodically hoping I’m getting good service and finding out when I got home that I paid for food I did not receive AND REWARDED them with a more money for it by ignorantly tipping them! I cannot believe a place that employs people this incompetent can stay in business.

Placed a to go order, called to ask if I can add another sandwich on *immediately* after it was placed. Bro on the phone said he couldn’t change the order but I could place another order online for pickup and they’d add it to my existing delivery so I did that.

If I could give zero stars I would. My sandwich had rancid avocado spread on it. I called to have another made and delivered to me at work. The manager argued with me about the freshness of the avocado and then tried to charge me for the delivery. Needless to say I have had a horrible experience here and will not be going back. I likely will not patronize any Jimmy John’s location again since their company model obviously doesn’t value customer service.

The sandwiches we ordered tasted fine but when my mother (who is kinda picky) wanted lettuce on half of her sandwich, they acted like we asked them to crack a raw egg on it. It is apparently “against policy” to put lettuce on half a sandwich. Obviously this fancy was too schmancy for them despite from their posted signage.
