Bare Minimum Gaming
Pulled up to the drive thru and the guy said one moment. 5 min later I asked are you guys ready. He said ya sorry go ahead and as I was ordering he stopped and said sorry a few more minutes. I see other orders popping up on screen so I sit waiting. 10 minutes later he asks for my order again. It’s just a milkshake nothing crazy. And as I was ordering he stops me again and then asks me if I can go wait in a stall and he will take my order from there. By then I was frustrated. Like if you are having problems or issues fine, it happens. But ask me to go to the stall when your issues happen not after I sit waiting for 15 min. I left and went to the sonic on the other side of 35. They were at least able to take my order without interrupting me

I’ve had my card information stolen here 4 times. I finally figured it out when 3 other people in the community told me it happened to them. I started using the app to pay so I didn’t have to hand over my card but now they always have order ahead turned off.

Service is slow without fail. Management is unwilling or unable to get the staff, most of which but not all seem to be lazy and uncareful teens, to speed anyone up or to ensure consistent quality. Blasts are never stirred unless you explicitly ask that they be, and even then it might just be a cup of ice cream with toppings thrown on top.

I understand staffing shortages and issues with the supply chain…however…I ordered on the Sonic App and when I got my order they were out of a particular item (which is fine). My receipt still showed the item charges. I brought it to their attention and they ROLLED THEIR EYES and said I would need to take care of that through the App…they could not refund the item. In addition, I ordered while at the store in a stall (App only discounts) it took over 15 minutes to get our food and it was cold (order was French Fry’s and a drink). They blamed the cold Frys on us ordering through the App and not picking up for 15 minutes…We were AT THE STORE the entire time.
