I eat chipotle all the time for many years now for lunch. Unfortunately I end up at this location frequently because of business I conduct in the area and this is the worst ran chipotle I ever been to. I regularly use the ones in Point Loma, PB and Chula Vista but this one is by far worst than all others. The others are fine actually this is the problem location. Today itye issue is the high drama with the 3 employees outside having some ridiculous super high stress argument. I had to move inside to eat so as not to hear their yapping. Do they even have a competent manager here? The food is fine it’s just the service and attitude that are horrible at this location. The line of course was huge with only one employee serving food.

Used to be a good deal for vegetarians at under $5 for a spoonful each of rice, beans and cheese {charged as a 3 pointer). Now a ripoff at $10 since they said anything with shredded cheese is charged full price.

Updating my experience. Sometimes this Chipotle is great, sometimes not so great. They are definitely not consistent. Skimpy portions, attitude from the staff – they go too fast and don’t listen, their receipt machine is broken for life (Fix your receipt machine! It’s against the law to not give a receipt if asked)…I’ve gone at the same time each time. It’s been like 3 months ago when the staff was nice, friendlier, listened, gave good/decent portions. So shrug, but I only go here because it’s the closest one.

The staff was nice but my burrito… I couldn’t finish it. Way too much hot sauce. Don’t get me wrong. I love spicy shtuff but when the spiciness takes away from your taste buds what the food itself should taste like then it takes away from the experience. It was really doused in it. There’s no point if that’s all you taste. I’m finally going to understand that episode from South Park in a bit *Chipotle Away* my poor bum bum

Worst Chipotle experience in recent memory. Didn’t project sales accordingly. Came in during diner rush, Service manager served me beginning at the tortilla station. I proceeded to aske for a Salad and was given the scraps of wilted spinach. She even looked at it and second guessed herself before proceeding to ask if I wanted any rice. I asked for the vinegarette as well and was completely ignored. I asked for chicken and she skimped the portion and I asked for more. I then proceeded to salsa, and there were none. Only liquids. I was then told,”we’re out”. I asked if I could have some from take out and was denied. But the customer in front of me received “extra” from take out. Maybe if the manager projected sales accurately, and the staff actually utilized their tools then they wouldn’t be struggling during peak periods. If you run out, go make two batches of each salsa. It’s not hard. An experienced service manager knows it takes ten minutes tops. This will save you more anguish and time, rather than explaining to all your customers why, “we’re out”. All I can say is “complacency”, and a lack of respect for customers. I walked out.
