Well despite being beyond packed , I placed a mobile order and it pretty much looked like the cars , [two lines] of cars was going past us. Obviously beyond irritating… sooo I wait hey in here might as well google review . The staff Obviously didn’t like me taking pictures [ I try to avoid faces and juts get the lines or lack of and stuff on the floor.] Orser placed at 2:24 , I didn’t leave till 3:19 .. excessive. Maybe a bigger staff is needed or get those kids out the sun and show them how to make a spicey chicken

This place really does have some good chicken and the workers are always really nice. There isn’t one employee that has ever had attitude or act like you bother them. Which is very rare. Everywhere usually has atleast 1 employee who hates customers! Anyway, they are always very nice and pretty fast at getting you your food. The ONLY reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they do not have an inside seating/dining area for people to sit and eat INSIDE. They Do have tables outside but that’s not the same. Especially if it’s cold or raining. But that’s All, love their chicken nuggets!!!

Food has always been on point, chicken is juicy, spicy, tasty and hot. The waffle fries nicely salted, crispy edges n soft, sauces are amazing and the southwest salad has so many flavors that it’s always a fresh tasty bite each time. Service is consistent, occasionally they will forget something clso check your order before leaving. No complaints here, kids hubby and I enjoy their food and going there today!

My dad ordered the spicy deluxe and the bun was all smushed from on top and it looked like it was already coming apart. When he was changing it, the employee with the dreadlocks told him that if they wanted to give him a new bun like if it was a food truck. Terrible customer service and terrible atmosphere since the restaurant is so dirty from the inside.

Food was great as usual but “Dining Room Closed Due to Staff Shortages” on a 90 degree day at 6pm. Counted at least 18 team members on the clock not including people in the back on fryers or on break. There were more staff telling people the dining room was closed than would be necessary to clean the tables and run the food. Oddest experience I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. Open to take your money but closed to sit and relax and enjoy your dinner at 6pm? Manager on her phone telling people the dining room was closed could have just been cleaning tables and running food and allow people to enjoy their meals. Ps the booths closed off for team members looks really tacky when you send 6 people on break at the same time to relax but paying customers can’t. Food great. Staff great. Management could use improvement BIG TIME.

Like always the customer service was absolutely amazing. As a whole the chicken sandwiches are above average but the sauces are the best around. Every time you thank a staff member they respond with “my pleasure” I love it. The shakes are also great I recommend the strawberry one.

It’s 2pm on a Friday, the 2 lanes in the drive thru are busy. I come in the line is of about 5 people before me. It takes about 5 minutes for me to order and I’m greeted my this very nice gentleman Johnny. He speaks gently and proceeds to take my order. He patiently waits when I hesitate for a quick moment. He continues by asking me what kind of sauces I’d like have pointing to actual sauce that he has lined up next to him. In addition to my drinks he offers a cup of water to which I replied yes.

Line moved fast, staff was friendly and food was good. Got the spicy deluxe chicken sandwhich and chicken-n-strips. The spicy chicken had a bit of a kick to it, was better than I expected. Chicken-n-strips were good the BBQ sauce wasn’t bad. Parking was interesting and that’s the only reason they didn’t get 5 stars.
