I’ve ordered online twice from this location. Both times when I walked in there was no line and pickup was fast and easy. I had the 3-cheese tortellini rosa and pesto cavatappi and they were both great! Portion size is the perfect amount for one meal, although I wished I had leftovers!

Pricey for what it is. I had the Japanese pan noodles with steak. My noodles had a rubbery texture. There was very minimal steak. Quality of the steak was just cafeteria. Overall, this dish was very dry and lacked flavor and freshness. The macaroni and cheese with ham was said to be of cafeteria quality. The ham was completely disliked. Service was fantastic. Covet measures were implemented and overall cleanliness was fantastic.

I honestly debated if I should even write this review. My problem lies with the customer service I received from the manager at this location. I order from noodles & company so often that I really should invest in their stock. I typically order from a different location as it’s closer to my work, this particular day I decided to go to this location as it’s closer to my house. I ordered my usual dish with the usual requests, so I was surprised to see the dish was made differently. No big deal right? So I go in and explain the situation to the young lady at the counter (who was excellent and very polite by the way) she said she was going to get the manager involved. Manager comes out and I again explain the situation and she was basically telling me that no mistake was made and the order was made to my specifications and requests. I was genuinely confused because I ordered it the exact same way as I always do from my normal location I go to. A simple miscommunication. I’m going to preface this by saying I’ve been on the other side of the desk so to speak, I know how it goes. I was not nasty or irate with them because I know that doesn’t resolve issues. My issue is with how the manager at this location dealt with the situation. She didn’t give me any choices, she made the choice for me and said she would just refund the money. I asked if it could be remade (I didn’t even mind waiting or even paying a little extra if needed) but she said “no I’m not gonna remake it, I’m just gonna give you a refund and you’ll see it in 3 days.” Not sure if she realized it or not but her tone and body language was pretty negative as well. Just seemed very closed minded to the situation. This was a big miss because I really didn’t care about a refund, I was just really hungry as I was fasting for Ramadan and haven’t eaten or drank anything since sunrise. Pretty disappointed on how I was treated by the manager, to the point where I really don’t want to ever step foot back in this location, let alone recommend it to my friends and family. P.S I then proceeded to order the same dish the same way I always order it from my usual location (I was still hungry lol) and they had made it exactly how I requested it. Asked if they make the dishes the same at every location and have the same options and she confirmed they did which made sense because I have gotten the same thing the same way every single time from other locations, but this was the only location that happened to make it differently.

Just filthy. The floors the counters, the tables filthy the bathrooms filthy. This place hasn’t seen a cleaning supply in ages. Five or six employees no customers disgusting. This place could benefit (or not) from a health inspection. They also got my online order wrong and somehow it was my fault even though I put it on the app correctly. Totally not worth it find somewhere else

Walk in and there is a sign on the door that they are understaffed so I have to order on my phone. No big deal, except that 3 employees were standing around while I worked to put the order in my phone. Only 2 other patrons were at the restaurant while I visited. Someone easily could have offered to help by placing the order for me rather than making me learn how to order on their system on my phone. This isn’t the first time in the last 12 months this establishment has provided terrible service which caused me to avoid it for a while last time I visited.

It was very salty. Pasta, meatball and chicken noodle soup. Only thing not that salty was the crackers. For a place specializing in pasta, I expected fresh pasta, not something I can make at home. And they forgot my drink.
