This place looks great from the outside but the service is horrible. They forgot numerous things from my order and when confronted. They slapped together an absolute garbage of a chicken sandwich last second to make up for it. Wish I could go back in time and never eat here

Best vanilla shake I’ve ever had. The tots are pretty good too but the big cheese crispy chicken toasted sandwich is worth every bite. Very friendly staff also.

The Meltshop is a part of the cafeteria area in Roosevelt Field Mall. The food is great and the service was fine. The only downside is if you are going to eat in because there are times during the day when it is hard to find a seat. Other than trying to find a seat, the experience was pretty good.

Original crispy chicken sandwich is very disappointing with two piece of small dry chicken with buns probably right out of a plastic bag, not toasted. Added $0.79 slaw, which is some soggy purple lettuce. In the ad, the sandwich has mayo in it, in reality, they give you a Kraft mayo pouch to squeeze yourself. The strawberry shake tastes loaded with artificial-sweetener. Fries are ok. Paid about $23 for this meal and waited for 20 minutes. We could be better off getting chick-fil-a across the hall.

Where do I begin? Sadly that Johnny rockets closed and I had no choice for burger in Roosevelt field but to give meltshop a try! The place is seriously melting down! Horrible service! Very rude people working there! One of the workers who took my order was yawning at the register, took half of my order, and someone else came to take the remaining of the order who also had an attitude! They weren’t wearing gloves! Very dirty I had to repeat my order four times! The quality of the food was great. the place itself was dirty. It was a waste of $30 on a burger. I wish I could get my money back! I hope this place close! I wish I knew who were the hiring manager were anyhow, it’s not gonna last save your money go eat elsewhere!

The worst kiosk ordering experience. The kiosk is slow and glitchy and gets the orders wrong. The burgers are overcooked and dry. The fries are way too salty and there is no way to ask for no salt. Everything in our order was wrong/missing items. It took 20 minutes from placing the order to the food being done. They left out the caramelized onions we ordered and when we went back they gave us refrigerated caramelized onions. NoThe burgers are very expensive. They claim it’s wagu beef, but it was ruined by the preparation. Way overpriced. The cleanliness was average, no real complaints with that and the food packaging was paper based, no plastics, so that was good. This was my first and last time eating here. Highly NOT recommended.

Waited 20 minutes for this hockey puck. They were out of ketchup, mayo, and napkins. The restaurant was dirty, piles of food bin, half-open bread bag and for all to see without a care in the world. $50 down the drain.

Terrible service here. I was at the self service kiosk a few months back and I was told by a cashier to not order any lemonades or shakes because they were out of that . That was fine with me so I put in an order for a large sprite. 10 minutes later they tell me that they had no drinks left aside from a bottle of water and a can of sprite and asked if I wanted either of them. I opted for the can of sprite which they handed to me before they started to walk away. I asked if they would pay me back the difference to which they responded by looking at me like I had two heads. I explained that there was no way a LARGE soda would be the same price as a CAN of sprite after which they agreed to refund me the money. The issue was the way the refund process was set up was convoluted and time consuming as the associate had to find the store number but they made it seem like I was the one at fault. I’m sorry for not knowing that they were almost out of drinks. Afterwards the associate motioned me over without looking at me to swipe my card and you could tell she was annoyed. I then thanked them for the trouble and the associate asked me if I was being petty which threw me for a loop. All in all, this one experience convinced me not to come back here in the future. I understand that these are teenagers or adults in their 20s but please at least pretend to care about the customer instead of treating them like a nuisance for something mostly out of their control.
