If you order food from her expect to be in the drive through for a good 45 minutes waiting on a APP MOBILE ORDER because the lobby is closed to the public, no one wanted to answer the phone and once they did they told us we had to go through the drive through. Once we finally got to the window they didn’t know that I had a mobile order they were trying to get me to pay for the person behind me. Once I finally got my food that was supposed to be already ready to go it was Luke warm like it was sitting out on the counter. Now I know the workers are doing their best with the staff they have but u guys open later, close so early and ur lobby isn’t open that’s just bad business practice. Find more help or close down the store the other ones around town are doing better than this one.

Person taking my order through the drive through was in a huge rush, not very responsive, and didn’t really say anything to us at all. Despite that we waited about 25 minutes in the drive through for a blizzard and coke. With 2 cars infront of us – this wait time with certainly excessive. When we finally made it to the window, they told us they were not able to make the MnM Blizzard. Maybe if the person taking the order wasn’t in such a rush – they could’ve told us there was no MnMs and we wouldn’t have wasted our time. Hopefully the person taking orders will be more responsive in the future and better customer service following any issues. Given the long wait time, less then ideal customer service, and having to leave without our order, we were very dissapointed. Thank you for reading this feedback!

They always forget the extra gravy, takes super long and gave me the one gravy with my pretzels bites instead of cheese! The cotton candy blizzard was not mixed right either, it only had some candy on top. Was very disappointed this time.

3 cars in front of m, no big deal. Git to window and saw my ice cream sitting on counter. Looked like it had been there a couple minutes. Sat fo about 3 minutes and no one was at window. Watched as the ice cream was melting down side of cone. Waited a couple more minutes and girl starts tapping on a screen. Knocked on window and girl held up finger. Ice cream fell over from melting. I left and won’t go back ever.

Worst ever. Ordered over 40$ worth of food. They didn’t have toast for the baskets, I asked for a discount and was told they would add extra fries… nope didn’t happen. Wrong drinks, burger was missing all the vegetables, and no gravy either for any of the chicken baskets. Never told they were out of anything except for toast. I talked to someone there and the best they came up with was 10% off of the next order. There are only three DQs in the region. Don’t waste your time on this one. 10%……… really. There should be negative stars.

Worst experience ever, food was awful, chicken was cold onion rings were all stuck together and not fully cooked when pulled apart and fries were also cold and soggy. Very unhappy with the whole experience. I threw it away.

Wasn’t happy with the service I received I added extras to my blizzard didn’t get any even though i paid for it. And The line was very long which didn’t bother me except for the fact that I made it very clear that I couldn’t get back in line if they messed up our blizzards she said I’ll make sure it gets in there of course that didn’t happen I wouldn’t come back it’s mediocre the service is poor the Dairy Queen on tutor is slow but their service is still decent I’d go there

I’m giving this location zero stars. The last 3 TIMES I’ve been here have been with them having 45 minutes or longer before they’re even supposed to close, and every single time they’ve been closing early with multiple workers still there. One time they gave the excuse someone was pregnant and needed a ride to the hospital, when there was still a FULLA CREW WORKING. It doesn’t take a full crew to bring ine person to a hospital. Today I showed up 50 minutes before they were closed, they had the drive threw loved and when I walked in they said they just decided to turn off the grill and ice cream maker and didn’t have any reason besides they that they wanted to. I suggest someone either gets fired or teach the employees that this is not okay and not an efficient way to run a business, especially when after dinner hours are the best times for people to want ice cream.
