Not as good as the Freddy’s in Dawsonville, but not bad. Service at this location is slower than other Freddy’s and food was not as good. My burger was falling off the bun and half of the bun was so wet from grease I couldn’t pick it up. The dining room was not clean, and it wasn’t even busy. I’ll try it again since I live nearby, but if it isn’t better I’ll just drive to Dawsonville to eat Freddy’s.

The food and custards came out fairly quick. Everything was fresh. We went there around 5:30pm on a Thursday evening. Wasn’t super busy at all at the location we went to. The staff was fine. The service, well its not where they bring you the food. So no being waited on. But overall since a positive experience. And the food/custards were worth the price which isn’t expensive.

This was my first visit to a Freddys …and my last. I waited 20 minutes to get an extremely OVER priced cheeseburger. The hamburger patties were paper thin. If i hadnt bought a double there wouldnt have been anything to eat but the bun. And to top off that…they were out of vanilla custard so I couldn’t even try a sundae. Im sorry but that is a staple item for your brand and you’re out? SERIOUSLY? The only positive thing I can say is the food I received was tasty.

The place was clean. There are plenty of booths and seating at 8 pm on a Sunday night. There were no issues with my order accuracy or the custard/concrete. Honestly, the food and treats were really good. It’s like Culver’s and Steak and Shake had a love child. The staff is young, yes. I feel like most of the other reviews focus on this point but from my visit tonight it seemed like everyone was working and focused on the orders. But everything came out well and timely. I didn’t have any delays. They have a shelf area for mobile/ online orders. Music playing is appropriate for the location.

I wasn’t impressed by the service I received here during multiple visits I’ve made. From being corrected bc I asked for an item and got the name wrong, to not receiving a greeting when the crew member opened the window and shoved my food at me, I can’t say the service is great. The food is ok, often super greasy, so it can get real messy, real fast. If I could make a suggestion, just have your crew smile and actually make eye contact with the customer. It makes a huge difference in your service and the customer’s experience. Never out right correct your customer, even if they are botching the name of an item horribly. You make a passive correction for them when you read back their order.

Place is run by all teenagers, but they do a great job keeping the food and custards coming. The food has never been bad. The steak burgers are good. Sometimes, the edges of the steak patty are almost too hard to even eat, but if you just shave it off, the rest is great. It is a small, crowded place if you do not get a booth sit on the weekends, especially. Sitting at the free standing tables is almost too much anxiety when it’s busy. Try the fry sauce. It’s awesome! !

I must be a glutton for pain because I keep coming back and not a single time have I gotten exactly what I ordered. This last trip the fries were extremely stale, I was charged more for the regular shake upgrade then was advertised and I was given a mini. The cashier took it upon himself to upgrade my sides without notifying me and charged me nonetheless. It seems like this location is always out of some thing like jalapeños for the jalapeño burger or vanilla custard. Quality is terrible, who the hell is managing this place? At least the kids that work there are friendly and Very service oriented. Except the time that I ordered the jalapeño burger with only two jalapeños, and was told it would be extra charge for more.
