This is the worst location. They are super slow and sells you their old food instead of throwing it out. If the numbers are good manager gets a bonus. That is all they care about instead of serving good quality food. Don’t sell anything that you wouldn’t eat. When i want a good burger i go to another location. I just thought that you couldn’t mess up a hotdog. Boy was i wrong. They need a new manager who is concerned about the customers . Selling good quality foods that they would spend money on. Times are too hard to spend money on bad food.

Ok ok. I know it’s just a sonic. Food will be below average but drinks will be good right. Please someone tell me how and why I found this in my shake. I think it’s the end of the whip cream they use. Whoever dropped this in my shake and somehow didn’t notice needs to be retrained. I know we are only human and mistakes happen but come on guys. I know whoever dropped this 100% must have noticed because when they would have pulled the end out it would literally be missing. I have more patience than most people but this is a actual health hazard.

I stopped by and waited for at least ten minutes in one of the booths after pressing the button and after the people around me had been serviced i decided to go through the drive through. After waiting in the drive through i got to the microphone i noticed it looked possibly broken and as i waited the line moved up and i still hadn’t gotten my order taken so i figured it was broken. As soon as i move up the guy behind me gets his order taken. Never coming to this sonic again.

Service was very slow. They brought me the wrong order first, and the guy delivering the food looked like he was ready to commit suicide. Finally got my order, which surprisingly was correct, and had to wait 10 minutes for them to bring me change. The reason was that someone walked up to complain they had been waiting for almost an hour for the food they ordered online to be picked up. My daughter loves Sonic, so I hope they get it together.

This place is Dissapointment!!!!! Waited for 30+ min for two cokes, and 3 slushies. We ordered through the drive through. Waited so freaking long, we just left. Come on, even when I worked as a teen at Sonic, the manager took pride in serving customers in a timely manner. This location definitely needs better management. Poor service and employees look like they hate their job. Yall can do better. SMH

Friday, June 9th 2023 at 9:55 a.m. bad service at the drive-thru the person working the headset at the drive-thru apologized when I started driving away after 5 minutes of being at the intercom with no interaction. It’s as if the person knew or could see I started driving away and then decided to speak. This was my first time here. The status on Google maps for the place was: not busy. Maybe he was the only employee there at the time because sometimes these places have one or two employees doing the work of two or three other employees. If that was the case I understand so it should reflect on the chain for overworking the employees but if that was not the case the issue falls on the employee for neglecting to be focused on his her duties of wearing the drive-thru headset.

Unbelievably poor service and quality. Waited for over 30 minutes for a drink and a cup of ice. When I tried to check on it they were rude. When I did finally get it it had the food of another order stuck to it. Just wild.

Paid for my food at the stall and she gave my food to another car that just pulled in another stall the customer returned the food (honestly) and she brought me the food the customer brought back in to her instead of making me fresh food
