Ever since management changed, it has gone downhill. Orders will frequently take over an hour. Then when it does show up, it will be cold. If you cancel an order, there is a decent chance that it wasn’t actually canceled and you got charged anyway. The new manager is so incompetent that the store is literally falling apart. Look at these pictures. How does that even happen? Don’t even bother, you might have to literally call your bank to stop the store from stealing your money.

So this is my 2nd time ordering from papa John’s. My pizza is all mushed up like my box fell or the driver (Steve Cribbin) was driving carelessly with not just my food but the other orders he was dropping off. Hire new delivery drivers. Would you want your pizza showing up to your door like this? I paid $24 for a mushed up pizza. Maybe domino’s drivers take more care of the pizza they’re delivering…stuff like this hurts the brand. About 2 weeks ago, we ordered 2 pizzas. They arrived about 15 minutes late. That wasn’t the problem, however. The problem was that they tasted like moldy dishrags. Seriously, cardboard would have tasted better. We had to toss both pizzas. We would have called, but why would we have wanted them to offer us a free or discounted pizza. It’s not an experience we want to risk repeating. I had a childhood memory of the worst pizza I ever had. This pizza has replaced that 50 year old experience. We used to order from here regularly about five years or so ago, and it used to be good. What happened?

I ordered from this establishment and was told that my order includes a 5 dollar divilary fee. Not only was my order late, but I was asked by the delivery guy for a tip. I asked why is he asking me for one if I already paid a 5 dollar fee, and he responded that it is not included. It’s not about the money but it’s more about the disrespect and disceptions. Papa Johns listed that there is NO contact delivery, yet the driver knocked on my door and was not wearing a mask. Please be mindful of others. Thanks!

Pizza was ordered at 6:00 PM ETA was 40 minutes. I called at 7:00 PM I was advised my order had already been delivered. Checked my front door nothing. I was then advised I could be given a refund or pick up the order. I should have never ordered with it already having 3 star rating, but I was desperate.

Placed an order Friday evening for 3 pizzas. Waited over an hour. Was dealing with a sick kid & a guest. Delivery person apologized for lateness. Had to heat pizzas 2 eat. One was over cooked & dried out. Called back after getting kid in bed. To be told a manager would call next day…. shocker, no call. Ordered online. After some time we got a phone call saying that driver was running late and would be by our house in 15-20 min. After waiting 44 minutes and no pizza, we called and were told that the driver is 7 minutes away. We live 5-7 minutes away, it means the driver never left until we called. Horrible customer service. Not ordering from them again and DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
