Rhonda is so kind and professional everytime I come here that I know her kind voice and had to ask her name last time. Well everyone I have encountered here has been nothing but kind and accommodating. The food is always hot and fresh. My mom got me started on eating chicken livers from here about 2 weeks ago. I would see her eat them and other people with great skin, and figured that my mom must be doing something right. Her skin is so good lol, but I could never bring myself to try them. But anyhow last time she had them, she offered me one smothered in hot sauce. I was hungry and it was hot/fresh and smelled so good so I figured I could just atleast try it. Well I’m hooked now. You know what they say, don’t judge a book by its cover. Well if you’re not open to chicken livers, I’d recommend the rolls, corn fritters, fried fish or chicken tenders. Also another HUGE compliment I have to give is their fountain drinks don’t have that yucky taste(fish tank) if you know what I mean and they are pretty well carbonated and actually taste really close to that drink as if it were coming straight from the bottle or can.

Just got some Chicken E for lunch, vas pretty disappointed with the fact there was not a single soul in the drive thru line. I went through and got my order taken no problem, I get my food and it’s not any bit of fresh. The gravy was warm, my chicken tenders were not hot they were barely warm and my fries I got for a side must of been sitting out because they were not warm. Overall I’m disappointed that they were not busy so the least I could have got for my 12$ was some hot fresh food.

30 minute wait for chicken at 5:30. More than 10 people behind the counter. Had to take my order 3 times. I get he was new but the others were not.maybe 1 person near 20. It seems the owners just don’t care to help this group of employees succeed.

Ehhh…its ok. Its exactly what the name implies. They serve chicken…kinda fast. Food was good, prices were ok, service was good, place was clean. Nice place to get a meal for the kids without all the added expense.

The chicken express off the 287 service road suck since they changed ownership. Or whatever happened. The chicken crust is hard and tasteless. I tried it on 2 different occasions. To make sure I just didn’t catch them on a bad day. However everything else I ordered was good. I will not be going back to that chicken express.

Update. New owners. Huge price increases for lunch. I can eat lunch at several local places for less than the $12 lunch here. Food is good, but not a value at all. So I will go where I get a better value for my hard earned money.

I will first say that the catfish is always the best around. I ordered the catfish but when I got home the only thing right was they gave me catfish, even the drink was wrong. I drove back to the restaurant, the lobby is not open, and finally got someone’s attention. They had me go around the building and someone came out, I assume the manager. He asked what I needed and I opened the box and said I didn’t order this this and this. He said what did you order. I told him. He took the box and came back and said it would be a couple minutes. When he brought my order back he didn’t apologize or anything. I realize mistakes are made but if he was the manager he needs training. He should have at least apologized. I love the food but it’s very frustrating to drive all the way back and get no acknowledgement of the mistake
