Every time I’m in Columbia at Whole Foods Market, it’s a MUST that I grab a bite at PLNT Burger. My favorite is the Save The Bay Fillet . I’m not a big fries person. Although, theirs are very good. Now, they have green beans!! So crispy and tasty. The chickun nuggets are a great bite size snack. And, hey, don’t forget to download their app. My last visit I redeemed 2,000 points!!! In this economy, saving money seriously matters. Get rewarded for your purchases. Thank me later!!

The vegan cheeseburger was delicious but small! The fries was too hard. The shake was good.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! The company clearly lacks in customer service, has very rude staff, and absent of any professionalism. On Jan 25 at approximately 1059am I placed an order for one dbl cheeseburger and one single burger. The cashier informed me the order would be ready approx. 10 min. I continued my shopping in Wholefoods and retuned 15 minutes later to find out my order was not even on the grill. The cooks continued to clean the grills and prep other equipment for the foods. Not one of the three staff members made a mention to me or the other waiting customer about the delay of our order. I continued to wait another 15 minutes and to no avail, no cheeseburgers. At this time I voiced my concern as well as the other customer, about the amount of time to cook two burgers. In unison the staff began to speak to each other in Spanish in a tone which implied some type of negative response to our questions about our order. The member at the register had the audacity to become upset with us and said the grill was not functioning. This is actually 25min after placing the order, not one mention of that prior. I proceeded to Wholefoods Customer Service desk for assistance from the store manager. Since PLNT is a vendor there was really no resolution to my/our problem. Upon returning I received my order (35 mins later) and received burnt burgers!!!!! I think it’s time for Wholefoods to find another vendor. If they don’t appreciate the customers then what in the heck are they there for?!!!!!! I will never eat at that place again and will be sharing this experience with others!!!

We drive 40 minutes just to come here! The food is AMAZING. Usually we get burgers but today I did the crab cake and was so impressed! Best taste-alike crab cake sandwich I’ve ever had!

Just tried PLNT Burger and I LOVED it! I got the BBQ Bacon Burger wrapped in Swiss Chard, and it did not disappoint! Immediately upon biting into this vegan deliciousness, I was taken aback by the Smokey rich flavor. It’s hard to believe it’s not meat, but it isn’t, and that’s the best part! The sweet potato fries paired really nicely with it. If I could give you guys 10 starts I would. Awesome job PLNT Power!

Was very excited to try PLNT per the previous reviews, but unfortunately I didn’t find it was up to the hype. The burger I got was their seasonal Baja burger which was quite good, but took an inordinate amount of time to prepare and had just a very tiny scoop of avocado. Their pic had quite a bit of avocado. It was good though!! The service was the main issue. The workers at the front were on the phone and trying to submit online orders when we arrived, fine, but we waited several minutes before we were acknowledged or told “be right with you.” I noticed two other people came and left during that time, as staff were not making eye contact with customers or acknowledging them in any way as they were waiting. I would like to give them a second try if I’m in the area, hopefully they will improve their speed, service, and courtesy with time

Service is fast enough (5-8 mins at a guesstimate), esp. when ordering via app in advance or just before shopping at the enclosing Whole Foods. My favorite is the bacon mushroom “burger”, but the “limited time” crabcake was also close enough to the real thing (might want to add some extra Old Bay). The chik’n nuggets are satisfying in taste and texture, sauces are good!

I was craving a veggie burger, and decided to try a PLNT burger. I was excited to see they also offer a gluten free bun. We were at the counter looking at the menu with some other people, and it was not clear at all where to order. Finally a woman behind the counter pointed at a sign that said, Scan to Order. I found it odd that we had to order on our phones when there was a person behind the counter. I placed our order on my phone and then sat at the counter. When the food was ready, it was all packed in a Togo bag. I thought since we were sitting at the counter we would get our food there, but that does not appear to be an option. The burger patties were quite thin, but did have a good flavor. It is expensive too, but it is in Whole Foods, which probably drives the price up. The workers looked unhappy to be there making the food. Overall, it reminded me that when I want a good veggie burger, I need to go to Red Robin.

I went in plant burger the other day and was absolutely frustrated when i tried to ask one of the employees a question and they completely shifted their body away from me. i understand their might be a language barrier but they just didn’t even try to act like they acknowledged me. i’ve been here once or twice and can say that the employees that do acknowledge me and that can actually talk to me are respectful and i loved their customer service but it seems like it’s a trend where the people who can’t seem to speak english tend to be rude and dismissive, i wish they just tried to work w me instead of it being one sided. it discourages me to come back, all they had to do was redirect me to another employee. do better this is getting ridiculous and super frustrating. i feel bad for the employees that have to pick up for their slack.
