Placed an online order and was informed by the app that it would be ready in about 30 minutes. Showed up 40 minutes later and it still wasn’t ready. While going through the drive-thru the worker told me she wanted me to pull off to the side and wait for my pizza there. I politely refused and told her that the app told me my pizzas had gone in the oven 33 minutes prior and there’s no way it should not be ready. She walked away from me multiple times clearly frustrated. She repeatedly asked me to move into a parking spot and wait for my pizza there and I politely refused every time and said I would move as soon as she brought me my order. She walked away frustrated multiple times because I would not move. She finally told me that “somebody” must have given my order to another customer. I finally received my pizza an hour after I initially placed the order. The previous time I placed an order at this location for my wife to pick up and she had a very similar experience. They clearly have production issues. Staff definitely was not friendly to me although I can understand since I dug my heels in and would not comply with the request to move me on. If you’re going to place an order from here plan on it taking a LONG time.

Always take the longest time, if they even answer you at the intercom. I’ve been waiting an hour for a pizza that I don’t even have yet. Workers are always rude and rushing during ordering. Came in several times where they acted like they were closed and didn’t answer at all. Would recommend driving somewhere else for a “hot n ready” pizza.

I’ve never felt more unwelcome in my life. Was standing there waiting to order for at least 5 minutes. Another gentleman walks in and gets asked right away if he needs to order. Only certain people get waited on here, I’ll just leave it at that. Won’t ever see another penny of my money again. Hope they get shut down.

After an hour and a half wait, finally got our pizzas and our stuffed crust looked like this, and yes it wasn’t pretty, but tasted ok. Yes a few pieces are missing. Crazy busy and nothing coming out of ovens…one person over the age of 20 in there, so working with what or who they can.

I will not be back here unfortunately. I can’t handle the lack of customer service anymore. I ordered ahead of time and it was still 30 minutes of waiting in their lobby while the staff essentially ignored me and most every other customer. This cannot continue – definitely not surprising if they close for good.

I’ve gone here roughly 8 times over the last two years, every single time it takes over half an hour longer than it’s supposed to. The kitchen is always slow and they pay next to no attention to the drive thru window. The most recent time being the worst when I had to wait for an hour to get my pizza, it was a Sunday so it wasn’t like they were busy at all.

The staff is rude and disrespectful, they ignore you whenever you ask a question and then want to get an attitude when customers get mad. They need some new management in this store. Im a doordasher and they are even rude to us as dashers. To be honest I don’t usually pick up from this store because they are useless and suck at communicating

I’ve been to this place plenty of times, given it the benefit of the doubt, but still came out pretty upset. No matter when I enter the place, there’s always a line inside with the employees either huddled up and laughing or they’re just ignoring everyone in line. Almost no one is in a uniform, just in baggy street clothes or other inappropriate options. That’s not even talking about the food. It sucks. Even when I order online and get in as they put my pizza in the warmer, it’s never correct. Wrong ingredients, entirely wrong pizza, or even under cooked. Management should really consider the quality these people bring into the place instead of just trying to find any person to fill a role. In total, Management needs to fire everyone and start over.

First, I went inside to order, but watched as 3 or 4 drive thru orders were taken before the person at the counter was attended to. So i went and got in the drive thru where my order was taken quite quickly. I pulled up, paid, was not given a reciept. After waiting a few minutes the girl came back to the drive thru and rudely pointed forward, and told me i could pull around and park and come inside. The lady behind me in the drive thru had made a rather large order (i could hear her ordering over the speaker while I was waiting at the window) one of the items of her order was the same thing I had ordered. As I was walking inside to wait for my drive thru order, (what’s the point of having a drive thru if you have to go inside to wait for the order) the lady behind me was given her order, which again included the same exact pizza that i ordered. So while I’m waiting inside a lady came in who had recieved the wrong pizza and came back in to return it. I guess she noticed that the girl at the register had taken the returned pizza and put it back in with the pizzas waiting to be sold. So she asked for a manager and that issue was quickly taken care of by the manager. Anyways I ended up waiting 25mins from when I ordered at the drive thru to get a pizza that was supposed to be hot and ready.
