If you like getting ignored and having to flag down wait staff for the basic things, then this is the place for you. I did try to discuss this with the owner first but he refused to call me back. It’s a shame because I love Mom and Pop restaurants but you have to employ waiters who also care about being present and available for Customers dining in. Just check on your customers (especially don’t hide in the back the whole time).

I’ve traveled to Italy but never expected to find an Italian gem next to an all-American hardware store! Yet Villa Palma’s humble outside is in stark contrast to the exquisite cuisine offered inside. Fresh fish, homemade EVERYTHING adorns this traditional yet surprising menu. Eight of us were all in agreement that THIS was a place to return to. From succulent calamari to the creamy tiramisu and cappuccinos with sugar sticks – I felt so happy and lucky to have experienced Villa Palma with family and friends!

November, 2021. Adding to my review. One year later food was as delicious as it was the first time. Chicken parm thin and crispy again and the blackened shrimp and scallop fettuccine was rich and scrumptious. Stay tuned for more pictures – we will be back for this guilty pleasure!

The service was excellent as was every item we ordered. The olive oil mix they bring with the bread was amazing. The bread was also fresh and warm. We ordered a wonderful bottle of Amarone that was very reasonably priced. Amazing service was provided by Michele so be sure to request her. I recommend reservations as they fill up and they do honor reservations as a couple of groups were waiting when we arrived and we were seated first. Great place if your in town.

It may be that Villa Palma doesn’t do much business in takeout, but whatever the reason, they don’t do it well. Their online menu has wrong prices, there are extra charges not mentioned, and their estimates of when the food will be ready are optimistic. For example, the online menu lists the following prices, with the real prices in parenthesis:
